Finding myself rooting FOR Jacoby... and AGAINST Jimmy...

Why do you interpret his smile as "smug"? He's happy to be playing well on a winning team. Deriding him as "pretty Jimmy" suggests you find his looks unsettling, which no one can help but you. ;)

Hey, it’s the bye week. Really just trolling there. LOL But it’s always fun to see who bites on the hook. :)

My heart belongs to another...

...even prettier. :)

Jimmy is the best QB in the league and he is going to win a lot of games.

FYI - he's not even the best QB in his own division.

Russell Wilson is the best QB in the NFCW. Dude is a beast and I fully expect him to win another ring.

JimINTy Garapolo plays Seattle this MNF for the first time this season. Cant wait.

Dissing JG why exactly?

I would take Jimmy G. over Wilson in general, though Wilson has been balling out this year. Jimmy can be somewhat mobile but reads and reacts quickly from the pocket; he really is the closest to Brady with his composure, decision making, and pocket manipulation.

Wilson’s stats are inflated due to the many sacks he takes by always bailing on the pocket and scrambling. He thrives when a play breaks down and he sprints away forward the sideline with the ball...I find that unreliable, and usually a negative against elite defenses. Seattle’s offensive PPG always belies the idea that he’s a dominant QB. Incredibly skilled, yes, but The bottom line is more points gives you the best chance to win. Wilson’s offense (which revolves around him) is never close to as dominant as his stats. That’s why traditional stats like passer rating are old formulas in need to better analysis.

Wilson should be peaking now anyway in his 7th or 8th season. Jimmy has still had less than 20 starts.

Phew boy. How's his " athletic processing"? Whatever that means.

Yeesh, looks like his fullback had a little "work" done. Or is that the new definition of wide receiver? o_O

I think jimmy is a bit of a douche. He dates porn stars and I think he has regressed since leaving here. I think the pats system kept enough in line where he was maximizing his talent here. I don’t think he is all about football. Jacobs on the other hand seems like he is all in to improve and be the best he can be. He seems like a patriots.

Why do you think he’s a douche and why don’t you think he’s “all about football”?

Is there a way they can both lose?

Jimmy is a no good bum and will lose a lot of games

Hes a Golden Boy

How so? He was a second-round pick, didn't have anything handed to him. He earned his way into a starting job and his QBR is over 100 this season.

Can't completely disagree with you but I'd give Wilson more credit than You seem to do.

I may need an intervention here... I shall willingly accept counseling from any and all... except maybe fnordcircle, of whose methods I might have concerns... o_O:D

...but unless Jacoby or Jimmy is playing the Pats, shouldn't I/we root for both of them? Pats progeny?

I'm definitely rooting for the Colts to annihilate the Fins this week...

...but, from the moment I saw that this Monday night's game would be Seattle vs. the Niners, I just wanted the Hawks to wipe that smug smile off pretty Jimmy's face.

Are you prejudiced against pretty boys? Cuz that’s what Brady was back in the day

I root against the 49er’s because they’re undefeated. I only root for Indy when they’re playing a team I want them to beat

I guess when you get down to it, I have more loyalty or favoritism toward JG because he meant more to Pats fans. Jimmy was here 4 years while Jacoby was only here for 1 year

Jay is not impressed with either of these guys...

Take a look at the Niners' remaining schedule..... I have better chances of hitting the powerball TWICE IN A ROW, than them going undefeated.

Seahawks x 2
Saints
Packers
Ravens

Hes won some games. Big deal.

He earned playing QB on a team with a top defense. His td/int ratio is 2 to 1. George Kittle is one of the best TEs in the game and hes having a terrible season. Everyone is kissing his azz as if hes actually done anything.
