Again, how do you know that? It is not like they traded for Harry a week ago. He was here all offseason and preseason.

Not saying it will happen but it makes sense from a roster management pov. Punt return is an immediate area where he can contribute as he gets a bigger and bigger role on offense in the coming 2 months.
