Game Day Thread Official Game Day Thread- Browns @ Pats

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

2nd TD of the game here?

And as bad as our offensive line has been this year, we still lead the NFL in points per game. Imagine if they were a brick wall.

Chubb keeps motoring along after contact

Newhouse is seeing ghosts

Before half time i said to myself this offense is due 2 good drives this half. It isn't like they will succeed every time. Sanu is new. The OL is touch an go.

If they put up another 7 for the rest of the game (assuming the D doesn't set them up for more) that's fine by me.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Newhouse is in fact, NOT, repeat, not a franchise LT.

OL sucks *** ....wow...amazing Brady is alive

(during the commercial I'm going to opine that the answer to "What can Brown do for you" has been judged by now to be "not a gosh darn thing," no matter how many times we say in a GDT that he's the solution to all our problems.)

Yep. If they can’t block Tom can’t make a completion. I don’t care who you have out there.

Come on defense shut them down.

What are you expecting with a FA that no other team signed?

Not much...and unfortunately that's exactly what we're seeing

Nobody is expecting that

but maybe he could be more effective than a traffic cone

They will.

Baker Mayfield, much to my surprise, has really settled in. He's being patient, taking the underneath game, not trying to be a hero here.

Eventually, with time running out on him, he's going to be tempted.

Browns keeping 7 guys on the line most of the time. That really limits a lot of looks this Pats D can show which i think is one of the reasons they're having some issues.

With this O line we’re not winning next week in Baltimore.

If he were more than a traffic cone, he wouldn't have been on the streets, 2 months into the season, IIRC.

Agreed, more like an outhouse than a Newhouse
He sucks ....horrible player....hopefully we can get Wynn back trade for another stud OL and send Craphouse packing

There is talent on that team. What they lack is coaching, smarts, humility, and a team first attitude.

Don't underestimate the Browns DL. They're no pushovers.
