Suggestion: Trade for Manny Sanders

In a bad way, it may be.

It certainly doesn’t look good when he lasts a total of 3 plays and then goes on IR for an injury that’s not a tear. And people had their doubts about the pick prior to the injury.

Williams was a questionable pick when the team is already stacked at CB. And you don’t know if he’d be a starter on “90%” of teams in the league as he hasn’t shown enough. A TE should’ve been the pick here.

It’s 4 games into their first season. This kind of idiotic crap never ends.

I do believe that the "starter on 90% of the teams in the league" to which Ken was referring is Jackson (our #4), not Williams. And yes, Jackson would start pretty much anywhere but here - having Gilmore, McCourty (who's been lights out since he got here) and Jones ahead of him is insane.

I would prefer signing Emmanuel Ramirez.

Sanders seems to check a lot of boxes. Should not be too expensive. Can play both outside and inside and could probably handle the Edelman role if JA was injured for a few games. Would assume he'd love a chance to play for a title

Let’s hope that the Broncos hatred of the Chiefs stops them from dealing Harris to KC.

why would it?

Harris is 30, has 1-2 years left and the Broncos have to rebuild.

They will take the best offer for vets like him and Sanders, maybe even Von.

Sanders is supposed to make $10m this year. It may be "reasonable" but the NEP need to free up some cap space to get him here.

Yeah, if they can net a 1st plus for Miller, they'll trade him. Chiefs would be smart to go after Harris, for sure.

I wouldn't get my hopes up on that count. Harry is the only WR who's walking through that door, in all likelihood. Let's hope he's a homegrown star for once.

I don't see it happening either. Too many piles of cash to move

Watson. Unless I missed something, he should be a nice upgrade from our currently playing TEs and Brady worked with him all camp on establishing rapport. So it's like a brand new TE that's already on the payroll.
we need Watson out there to run down Stidham pick sixes

If the chiefs get harris they creep closer to being a competent defense.
