Patriots place Ghost on IR

I have no reason to believe that Harry will be effective. If Develin is healthy, I greatly prefer him to Harry.

Goddammit.....

That is 4 guys on I/R now...and the guys I want to return in order:

a.) Wynn
b.) Harry
c.) Develin
d.) Ghost

So, Ghost is done for, IMO.....

Folks here are gonna see WHY we had him on the roster......

For all those posters wanting us to replace Gost, should be interesting to see if/when our new kicker misses his 1st kick or PAT.

I'm sure the new kicker will miss a few. Won't be worse than the pace Gost was on this year. If the kicker we pick up really sucks just cut him and pick up someone else.

So you're saying BB broke the NFL rules and didn't list an injury?

As I mentioned in the other thread, if Gost is taking 100% of the kicking reps in practice (which be honest, who else would be taking them), then he's a Full Participant and doesn't need to be listed on anything.

Why are harassing posters who didn't even quote or engage with you?

Your whole schtick here is destructive; harassing and berating legitimate fans/posters is pretty toxic.
Have you read Bob outside the Draft forum?

That's possible but he took a nasty fall in the Bills game too on that big gain later in the game. Was very slow to get up.
Yikes.

Yea he's clearly banged up as opposed to this being a face-saving move.

Not sure if the injury explains why he's sucked with XPs but not FGs.

No, I'm saying your post was ridiculous. We know that not all injuries lead to an injury designation, and we know that the injury rules allow for that.

Yeah it boggles my mind that he is excellent on FGs and average on PATs this year...

Patriots’ kicker Stephen Gostkowski has a left hip injury that will require season-ending surgery, per source. He is expected to be ready to kick for the 2020 season.

I think we should bring in that guy what kicked for the Bears last year.

I liken it to golf.
No issue w the driver , woods and irons.

Close chipping and putting the brain gets in the way sometimes

Haven't paid particularly close attention to his posts, but haven't noticed that they're consistently troll'y or anything. Maybe I haven't been paying close enough attention.

If it gets you to stop posting about what a bad man Antonio Brown is and his pirannah killing ways we will all be better for it.

BTW you liberal schtick is the most embarrassing thing on here.

This sucks.
When you have a top D but an O still finding its rhythm, effective kicking (FGs, EPs) is even more critical (good kicking is never unimportant). Whoever Gost's replacement is and how effective he is almost certainly will be the difference between one W or L.
Fingers crossed.
