That was comical. Easy TD dropped, easy INT dropped on same play.

File this under " **** man! Just how deep into the tea leaves are you trying to read?", but McDaniels and Hoyer weren't interacting like a couple of people who were spending their last couple of hours on the same team, IMO.

Oh, Crossen......it was cute as a 7th round rookie who flashed potential. Now it's harder to overlook.

One thing about Keion Crossen: he's an excellent gunner on ST. That matters. Slater is old and has had a few injuries of late - it might well be his last year.

It's pretty clear that the vets on the team really like Crossen. he plays his guts out. I think he sticks for covering kicks and punts...plays in the D in emergencies only for now.

No need to keep Hoyer in my opinion. Stidham looks like he can do as well as Hoyer can and if Brady goes down you aren’t winning it all with Hoyer either.
Could not agree more here...Can use extra roster spot to sign additional player at position of need....Hoyer would be in Cassel mode at best anyways and if need be....Stidham could do that and more...good post Viper

This has also crossened my mind.

If they cut Stidham would you cry?

The fact that they haven’t bothered to play Hoyer in the final two preseason games suggests he was never in danger of being cut.

You've got to be trolling us with this crap. Stidham has shown no ability to "do that and more". He's struggled against the better players, even when the better players been the first line of backups rather than actual starters.

Was King a gunner? If so, that's a spot for Crossen right there.

Yup, all he's needed to show is that he isn't an absolute disaster playing emergency corner, and he's shown that. He's been decent tonight. Last corner is a ST guy, and he's a damn good ST guy who can play corner in a pinch.

Third ****ing quarter of a 4th ****ing preseason game and BB is still looking at the game stills.

Greatness.
