It felt like that was an entire game. Can't believe there's another half left. NYG scrubs suck.

Yeah, this pre-season has been strange. Usually the games are terrible and pretty dang boring to watch. For the most part, I have found almost all the Pats preseason games to be well played and entertaining.

dorsett has bradys trust (see last week)

..plus the hug,talk between DT/Josh Mickey D kinda felt ominous

At this point Thomas is a top 3 receiver on this team. We won't trade that.

A trade at WR is possible. But if BB was thinking that Dorsett would be playing. Be interesting to see who returns punts if Gunner goes.

I hope Edelman and Harry are good to go week 1. If so this core could be deadly. I know Gordon wasn't great tonight but with Brady it will look much better. He looks in football shape.

Gordon took a few games to get going last year, no reason to expect different now.

He’s been burned all night and the puck was an overthrow to him standing there totally out of the play.
The 4th strong wr would have had 200 yards on him in the first half if the qb didn’t suck. He couldn’t come near covering him.
Crossen suffered the ignominy of the QBs looking for whoever he was covering in a preseason game 4.
He’s pretty much looked like the worst player on the field tonight.

TE position, especially sans Watson, has been a dumpster fire this offseason. Would it really shock anyone to see this team only carrying 1-2 TEs?

Blocking is 50% of the job and 2 are needed in many situations.

If the others (Edelman, Gordon, Thomas, Dorsett) are all ready to go, the Patriots don't need Harry or Meyers to be ready to contribute week one.

I do...a little shaky tonight but that’s it....overall he has been awesome....I think Dorsett odd man out at WR right now....maybe a trade

Between this analysis and thinking that your opinion that Duke Dawson's played a good game tonight, I'm not totally sure we're watching the same game.

Pretty funny how there were plenty of people thinking he was on the bubble, now after a few hours he is WR3.

I mean out of all those guys, it seems Myers is the redundant one. Why would you want to get rid of veterans like JE, Flash, DT, Dorsett (trust)? Harry hasn't done much but he's a #1 draft pick. Myers has actually looked better than Harry but idk. I'd try to keep them all if possible given you have several on their 30s and recently injured.
