I think Olszewski has had a better camp than Berrios. Pretty disappointed in Berrios. It would’ve been nice to have 2 slot receivers, like the days of Edelman/Amendola. I guess Meyers can be considered a slot receiver ?

maybe the best is yet to come

I think it was nice of the Pats to just release him.

He will make it. This is SOP from the NEP. Its a free roster spot

Indeed. Since he can't play in the 3rd exhibition game, there's no need to rush him for this week (Thursday).

I really liked Inman's potential. You can see he has quick feet for such a big receiver, and a burst when he cut. His hands looked as good as anyone's, so it always surprised me he saw so few targets this off season. He certainly looked the part when they did throw him the ball. It was like he was never in the picture. Very curious.

But I can surely see why he wanted to move to another team. With Meyers getting all the targets and making the most of them, Gordon coming back, and DT in the wings, there wasn't much room for him. It's not like he stood out.

The Pats will probably take the rest of the weekend to try and get a conditional 7th for him, and if they get no offers; they'll probably let him go sometime on Monday or Tuesday.

Oops Reiss is reporting they already shipped him out. They didn't even try to shop him. That that's 5 minutes of my life I'll never get back ;)

There is an old saying around this team.

If you dont want to be here, we dont want you here even more...

It's a little funny we assume DT will be effective and not be Reggie Wayne 2.0

How's the Achilles and can he adapt quickly to the offense.

They paid him a bit of money but he's really an unknown at this point.

100% agree but its nice to not need him.

Apparently Antonio Brown is still not at practice over his helmet issue maybe the Pats can pick him up ( tongue firmly in cheek). This is a typical BB move give a veteran he knows isn’t make his club, extra time to land with another team.

I have no problem with him doing this.

He obviously read the tea leaves, and now will get a better chance to stick on elsewhere. Also makes our decision on who all to keep a little bit easier, although there’s still a bunch to sort out.

He did not like my methods

Are we sure it's the helmet and not because he went all "Ted Williams" with his feet and the residual damage from that???????

Good move by both parties, Inman wasn’t going to make this team and it just hastens the inevitable. On to Josh Gordon.

Yep

I seriously doubt they will even be able to field a team this year.

What a shame.
Watch out Ivan. He has 30 people on ignore here. LMFAO

It is pretty amazing to look at this WR corps now and what it was going into the offseason. Great job by this front office. TE is really the only question mark, and it can’t be resolved this year, so they’ll find other ways to get the production.

Don’t care. I never really had a problem with him until he decided to troll the Stanley Cup thread, which was a total douchebag move. However it seems to have carried over into football.
