Brady puts Brookline home on the market

If it’s NYC, I would imagine it’s a school like Dalton or Horace Mann. There’s some decent private schools in Greenwich but nothing earth shattering academically.
Lol Greenwich Academy and Brunswick are two of the best schools in the country.

Can't see Tom going out and buying a gallon jar of Cains Mayonaise.

Not Cains. This.

There are so many variables here it is almost not worth commenting on them.

No one said that they would sell their house and move right away.
No one knows that they will sell it at all in the next year.
They could sell it and rent for a couple of years.
They could buy the house for themselves in Greenwich which would be a permanent base, but they don't need to live there right away.

I can see however that this is a message for Kraft, since, when the Brookline house was built, Brady was overtly discussing his relationship with Kraft. But perhaps there's more to it--maybe Brady built it with other post-football goals in mind.

I will say this, the whole situation is crazy when you realize we don't have Steve Young backing up Brady.

there's no message other than sound economics.......if they're planning on selling it within the next 5 years anyway, do it now and do it as fast as you can......

Both schools suck compared to top tiered NYC schools. Growing up I noticed the kids who went to school at Brunswick and GA were the dumb rich kids. The smart rich kids went to other schools.

Gawd. I like mayo. I like avocado. I'd try it. If it tastes anything like Miracle Whip its going in the trash.
It does not taste like MW.

It's pretty good, essentially they just replace corn oil with avocado oil and there's less sugar than other mayo brands.

We aren't talking about flipping a fixer-upper in Westboro.

Tom paid $4.5m for the land and an estimated $15m to build the place.

He's looking to basically make 75% of his 2019 salary on this transaction alone.
You mean 87% unless you are taking commissions, etc. into acct.

A 10 bedroom is too small.

Brady needs another bedroom for when Gronk moves in 9 weeks from tomorrow.

I don't blame him I would sell that house too. It's a full four years old time to get out with the old and in with the new. :D

A QB succession from one HOF QB to another HOF QB has occurred maybe twice in league history? More par for the course and normal than crazy IMO.

Once Brady leaves, we are going to see who the true fans are...

Do they sell it in MA anywhere?

yes, thank you. I got to assume they hired a high-level seller's broker to represent them.

Well then that does it. I’ll call the schools and tell them to close up shop.

Word in Metrowest is that the Brady's are moving to Natick so their boys can play at Natick High and he can meet Rene Rancourt.
