Does it really matter if the before/after pictures are different? Either way he seems to be in great shape. Just keeping in shape, like that, is great news

Gordon could be Julio Jones if he had his head on straight.

I've never been addicted to alcohol, drugs or gambling but it does seem like I experience some kind of dependency withdrawal symptoms if I do not consume a lunch-sized bag of potato chips at least every other day with my lunch.

Yup. Or one could be before breakfast v. after.

Some truth to that. Depending on certain hormone levels/spikes, what's been consumed, time of day, the water/liquid retention can make a difference. When you want to be your "best" ripped look you want to be dry. Here's an example of the extreme (Reports say he had to oil his lips to keep them from gluing together, and powder the bottoms of his feet to keep them sticking to the stage floor. This guy is considered to have achieved one of the lowest observable subcu. fat levels [the cororner said below 1% about 3 weeks after this pic]. He was taking mass diuretics to get the liquids out and of course massive AASs, GHs, insulin)

Yeah, I'm content with my 14-19% range that fluctuates depending on time of year.

Totally agreed. Fat gets a bad name. The right amount of fat is apex healthiest and it's actually important for aesthetics (14-19% is a probably the optimum range for a man). It's when someone accrues too much fat or has too little fat that it can be problematic. Gordon at the low body fat from the pic is unlikely to be at apex health (which is not to say he is unhealthy, it's to say optimum general health isn't likely to be at single digit BF %, contrary to what many are likely to believe).

considering all the fatheads on this board ,Patsfans.com must be the healthiest board on the world wide web...

I'd say, even in my upper 30s, with my current body fat levels, I'm close to or at my healthiest and fittest right now. I can run, lift, jump, and do all the stuff required for my job and still not feel terrible afterward.

I see what you did there

There's your addiction.

When Gordon is on the field he will produce.

I'd like to know when the commish is going to announce how many games Gordon will miss. He's been suspending people recently so it should not be too long. I say within the next week an announcement should be made. Goody seems to have a soft spot for Gordo so I'm thinking 6-8 weeks. I'd also like to know exactly how he slipped up and had a relapse. Was it drugs or alcohol? I know there's been rumors but nothing concrete unless I missed it. I'm sure it wasn't anything serious but since he failed his rehabilitation practices and it violated his "probation". I just don't know what the hold up is. He already missed the end of last season so I hope they take that into account and slash his suspension in half.

I will be happy if an announcement happens at all. Maybe they announce it at the same time as Hill but this thing has been dragging on for a good amount of time.

Do last years playoff games count as "time served"?

Reliability aside Gordon training with Montgomery is a great idea. If he has explosion off the line he will be a nightmare for opposing defense’s.

If they allow that wife & child beating slime back before Josh I will loose my ****

Randy Gregory is applying for reinstatement, tomorrow. He is another habitual offender who was given an indefinite suspension, so the league’s stance and statement may give us a ballpark idea as to how far away Josh is.
