They have scored 10 goals in the last two games in Toronto and you act like they were just lucky.

I don’t really disagree, but the risk that goes with forechecking hard against a team as skilled as Toronto is giving up odd man rushes, and they sure as hell didn’t want that. And I think you will see a similar approach if they are leading in the 3rd in game 7.

I meant when Boston was in it's own end, they were boxing and steering it to the outside showing almost no concern for Toronto's pointmen getting a potential shot as long as the passing lanes were occupied. They were determined to make the Leafs work the puck up high or along the boards. It was an interesting and compact defensive approach, giving the pointmen that type of room in order to take away the passing lanes to the space between the dots & the slot.

lmao dude just stop. The Bruins dominated that game for all but about 10 minutes in the 3rd. Dominated in shots (37-22) and dominated TOP. The B's were more physical, had way better looks, and the Leafs were the beneficiaries of two bullshhhit powerplays. If it weren't for Anderson the Bruins win that game 7-2.

Yeah when I looked those 300 level seats were going for 200 plus. Probably way more than the face value. That’s an effing rip off. And thats not counting fees. I’d pay that for a cup game though

When you're winning. isn't being outplayed in the final minutes of a game frequently the case in the NHL playoffs? Put another way, once the game is down to single minutes remaining, the team that is losing pours it on with a reckless abandon (an unsustainable level except for a handful of minutes) while the winning team gets more conservative in an attempt not to give up the easy goal and to run out the clock. No?

Face value is meaningless. Market value is the only real value. If you don't want to pay it, be glad you don't have to buy the NHL package to watch Bruins games on television.

Even though the Bruins were dominant, they were up 3-2 with 15 minutes left in the 3rd. Maybe they dominated in TOP and scoring chances, but the scoreboard was really close and ice heavily tilted in Toronto's favor in the 3rd period.

The Bruins were dominant everywhere
...except the scoreboard. You and I both know outplaying an opponent in terms of stats means nothing in the playoffs. At the end of the day it’s the scoreboard. The Leafs, despite being outplayed badly, almost stole one yesterday (it happens in the playoffs). Rask saved the Bruins, especially in the 3rd. Quit being so sensitive.

I suspect if Boston wins tomorrow they’ll end up in the ECF. There, is that being anti-Bruin?

If the bruins were dominant wouldnt the leafs be fortunate to only be down 3-2 with 15 left in the 3rd?
