These boys aren't messing around (look at their office locations). SA doesn't have the time or resources to spend on these misdemeanor charges. Defense didn't waive rights to speedy trial so they will file motion after motion and back SA into a corner.

The Defense filed a motion to suppress evidence, followed by a 91 page memorandum to the motion. Below is the SA response to the motion to suppress. No, I did not exclude anything, this is the entire document straight out of court records. Wow.

DAMMMMNNNNN.....

I can’t wait to see the list of hundreds of innocent disrobed, videotaped customers of the spa who committed no crimes. Maybe then that cold reality will hit about what’s actually happened here?

This is entertaining. I’m glad we have law firms to protect our rights and hope they go beyond just defending Kraft and go on the offensive too. Buckle up, Jupiter PD. As I’ve said for weeks, it’s going to be the PD that gets investigated and cavity searched, not Kraft.

Holy crap. That’s it? There’s specifics about why they would investigate for prostitution. There’s no specifics about why they would investigate for human trafficking (which is clearly why they were granted a warrant.)

Can’t wait for this department to come crashing down.

Like I've been saying this is much bigger than Kraft. I live in FL, so I hope this case results in legislation to stop these sneak n peak warrants for this minor crap.

Honestly I would move the hell out of that state if they don’t stop. To me, this is the absolute worst type of crap. I can live with taxes, bad weather, etc. before I could live in a sureveillance society.

Exactly, but more telling is that this 2 page response with no case law citations, references or anything is in response to a 92 page memorandum with a table of contents, table of authorities and 6 exhibits. The prosecution is clearly outgunned.

It’s too bad that Kraft will back off after these charges get dropped...we can predict his cowardly behavior based on Deflategate. He should be conjuring up a massive lawsuit against the police department right now, but I think he’s due to for his own rub n tug service at Roger Goodell’s office.

You are not correct here. The document clearly continues onto more pages and even references attachments.

What is he going to sue for?

Warrant abuse happens in every state, and it happens with the feds.

Google search?
Google reviews?
Rubmaps.com forums?

Is this for real? This is the evidence on the basis of which they abused Patriots Act and evacuated premises under bomb threat and secretly installed cameras and surveillance?

Jesus.

So I can go write google reviews about any place and JPD will barge in and install cameras and arrest everyone. Is this what passes for police investigation now?

Not to mention nothing in this “investigation” says human trafficking

RK just wants the tape to stay out of public view, the rest is all posturing.

This comes off perceived as Kraft desperately spending millions on an army of lawyers and throwing mountains of paperwork over, so people don't see him getting jerked.

How was he damaged?

I have a hunch that engaging in this discussion with you will end up being something like this

:)

Nah, this comes off as someone with the means trying to expose wrong doing and abuse of power committed by the police

There is nothing worse that when those society grants power to turn around and abuse that power on the people they serve

I hope the Juniper PD gets ROASTED publically

Here is the entire file from court records. You are correct, I left out the signature page. No attachments. Now if you have original records in your secret lair, please share with the rest of us.
