2019 Combine

Bradbury's tape is a blocking clinic. Love Andrews but Bradbury is perfect for us. Only problem is I doubt Bill spends that much for a C but after all the late/udfa hits I guess you could say that about any position

As I noted in the above post, we were strongly linked with either Elflein or Pocic two years ago (can’t remember which) and Ragnow last year.

How would you compare Bradbury to Ryan Allen?

Interesting to see Brandt's cutoff numbers. They're a bit more forgiving than the average fan's.

Yea I remember. Some teams will interview a prospect they have 0 intention of drafting, never really know.
I think Bill would take anyone that is talented, smart & athletic enough to contribute day in rd1.

Patriots fan checks 3-cone first. Sub 7.00 for WR and CB is certainly generous. I’d say 6.90 should be the cutoff. At least for us.

I meant Ryan Kelly. Sorry.

As for Ragnow and Elflein/Pocic it was more than contacts, there were very strong, and believable, rumours. Remember, the Lions jumped ahead of us to get Ragnow.

I like Tytus Howard. Big guy. Needs a year or two of seasoning. But I could see him as a swing tackle and eventual RT here if Cannon moves on eventually. He stumbled on that 40 and still hit 5.05. Lindstrom and McCoy are my other top IOL guys after Bradbury. Good to see them show up really well from a mobility standpoint.

No we def liked Rags a lot.

I think Bradbury is a better all around blocker, esp reaching when it comes to Kelly. Maybe not by a lot but I think thats fair.
Both have the finish mentality. Both very fluid movers. Honestly tough to say whos more athletic after Bradbury's showing but Kelly was a lil bigger I believe.
GB awareness always showed up. Even if he missed a guy his reaction is so quick & just immediately knows what to do. Thats shown up since his earliest tape. Perfect zone/gap guy, his athleticism pops when hes cutting someone off after delivering an initial jolt on the line. At the same time has the toughness & drive to play in any system i believe.
His tape is great though def must watch. I talked about him a lot in my thread.

Lindstrom is such a bully lol. So fun to watch. Not many more physical than him. Def throwback type that plays the whole snap, from the line to 2nd level.

I will. Will start watching tape after the combine. Coming in late, I won’t be able to watch everyone so will use the combine as my guide.

Early indications tell me this is a really good draft to have five day two picks.
Huge to have the 2 2nd/3 3rd.

If one of maybe 2-6 guys we have a 1 on falls we can have options there or trade into next years 1st rd.

We could still move up to the 40's if we want & have plenty of picks 2-3.

Or trade back from 32 and be in a position to really control the draft from there on out. A trade back could give you seven day two picks which allows you to move around the board to your hearts content. And, presumably there’s a good chance we end up with two compensatory 3rd round picks next year with Flowers and Trent Brown. There’s a great opportunity to re-stock the roster for the next chapter post Gronk, McCourty, Hightower and possibly Brady (note possibly not probably because who the hell knows with Brady and his longevity).

That’s ok too
