Kraft Orchids Case - Prosecuters Want a Tug Rule?

We should have a human trafficking task force that works in conjunction with China, Korea, Russia, South American countries etc. and target the pimps before they are able to set up shop on our lands. These pimps who lie, manipulate, abduct, take prisoner, or strip away the dignity of an innocent victim should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Our society is hyper sexualized and there are countless of hypocrisies and contradictions when you look at what sexual things are legal and sensationalized(one night stands, sugar babies, gold diggers, not to mention really crazy things) and compare that to a sensual rub and tug by 2 consenting adults behind closed doors.
The criminals entering our country and manipulating humans to work for them are the evil doers, not a guy struggling with intimacy who fancies a human touch by a willing adult.

Is the adult truly "willing" if they don't have much (if any) choice other than to give sexual services?

I tend to agree that sexual labor should be legalized to some extent, if only for the ability to regulate it and protect the women involved.

I still struggle with the ethical aspects of sexual work, only because while the women can consent to providing those services, that doesn't necessarily mean she will enjoy the experience with the man, and negative sexual experiences can be somewhat unsettling and unnerving.

I'd feel better if the woman was able to be more selective about who she became involved with prior to engaging in a sexual act. But, that'd effectively eliminate a large proportion of the consumer base and ruin the point of the industry.

that's all it will be for him too. Being a Billionaire does not give him less rights
Who said it doesn’t? You posted “Second the issue itself is very serious”

I don’t see it as a serious issue. But when you’re famous, it causes more problems.

I hope I clear that up

when did he allegedly go to this place? recently?
Not sure. Haven't seen that level of detail anywhere. I assume recently?

Trafficking is a very serious issue

its easy "no comment, nor will there ever be one"
Why are you going off on tangents? I told another poster to back away from the cliff and you post something irrelevant

What’s up with you?

This is highly embarrassing if true, but after watching the **** show of reporting in January 2015, we should know to let the darn story come out in its entirety before making judgments. It doesn’t look good, but nothing will surprise me, especially when a public figure is involved. One thing I’d like to know is why there is a “bigger name” that hasn’t been released. That’s kind of BS. The police released a list of everyone involved but excluded someone because they are a “big name”? Already sensing something doesn’t smell right.
I agree that we should wait until the whole story is revealed. Despite all the big headlines, it appears that Kraft did something stupid (visit a massage parlor where you get more than a massage) twice. That's it. For all those folks saying that he had to have known that the ladies working there were sex slaves, good luck proving that (and frankly, he isn't even charged with that) in a court of law. The cops obviously are using his big name to get their story and their sting out there. This smacks of BIG HEADLINES FOR DAYS!! followed by a one inch back page story in two months on how the charges were dropped or Kraft pled guilty to one misdemeanor charge, paid a $100 fine and got 90 days probation. Where are all the other big names? I don't hear any. They've found their stooge, at least in Miami.

There are sex slaves, but there are also people who leave their homelands because of the allure of American dream and find themselves putting up sheet rock on skid row or working at a massage parlor looking to make an extra buck. Law enforcement as well as community activism needs to be diligent in eradicating the abusers and manipulators.

Is that a real picture of one of the victims? If so that's really ****ed up.

Forget the face Kraft knows a Good Business Woman when he sees one.:D She has face only a mother can love.

Trade number 6? No keep Ryan Allen please.
