O'Shea to Detroit?

He's very talented. Has run the red zone analysis during the last several years including 2 rings

Im glad McDaniels is staying.
O'Shea may or may not leave seeing how McDaniels is a flight risk every season and not knowing how long Patricia has in Detroit.
He maybe better off staying.

Similar to Daboll or Pepper Johnson he might have indication that he will not really be considered for OC here and still wants to move upwards. Also the difference in salary between OC and WR coach could easily be 4x-2x.

Personally I think barring an absolute disastrous season Patricia will get time (at least another 2 years) in Detroit from Bob Quinn.

it's all bad...it's always "all bad"...terrible team the Pats are. If they let OShea go to Detroit I think the Genius-missioner should take TWO 1st round picks for "reverse collusion"...

This article is PURE speculation from the writer....Chad OShea could become OC in Detroit....no sources, clown doesn't even use "sources close to" or "an NFL executive"...
I agree but it's definitely worth the conversation

But can Stafford even run the Patriots system? Beyond "Can we get Chad?", the question of whether or not Stafford could process the game in a manner to fit what's needed should be the first question.

No its not

The Lions have hired former Seahawks OC Darrell Bevell, most known for passing from the 1.

I bet it's so Patricia can troll him all day in related news the Lions have traded for Malcolm Butler and have signed Marshawn Lynch as a free agent.

Well played Matt well played.

So.... no

So.... no
Yep; O'Shea isn't going anywhere:

Lions settle on Darrell Bevell as new OC

Lions hired ex-Seahawks OC Darrell Bevell as offensive coordinator.

The Lions were turned down by many other candidates, but they finally found someone to take the job. Bevell was interviewed for the Falcons and Jaguars openings, but those jobs went to Dirk Koetter and John DeFilippo, respectively. Bevell will now call plays for defensive-minded coach Matt Patricia, who ran the offense into the ground in his first year on the job by putting shackles on OC Jim Bob Cooter and Matthew Stafford. As a run-first guy, Bevell fits Patricia's personality. The Lions will be better off once Patricia is out of Detroit.

Wow that's harsh

For whatever reason, some Rotoworld writer hates everything to do with the Patriots and takes random shots at them all the time. Recently, he felt the need to call out Gronk’s disappointing season in a blurb about Travis Kelce.
