we would probably be the favorite in a road playoff game against the Texans and would probably win it.

The Texans are due to win.

I predicted the loss to the Steelers.

Yes, but we knew that would happen. Given their limitations - the only NFL quality DT is Tre Flowers, they did better than I had expected.

Timely turnovers were key. But the run defense being this bad is inexcusable. Your right the talent level on the DL is rough but a lot of it today was lack of effort. Not even trying to get off blocks, they were manhandled by Pitt in the interior.

The dynasty was always Brady. Bills great, but this season further confirms he needs goat Brady

Excuses.

Sounding alot like Pitt fans. We would not have won "easily"
I have never bought into this idea of two different standards for enforcing the rules based on which team qualifying as an "excuse". It's a pretty simple concept: these are all professional athletes; if one side can get away with whatever they want most of the time, and the other side conversely gets called for things that often aren't there at all, it doesn't take a NASA employee to figure out that the side getting away with stuff is going to win nine out of ten times. There were ten more penalties called on us than on the Steelers - 100 more yards' worth. In case you didn't notice, twice we had holding penalties called against us in the red zone: once with first and goal at the five-yard-line, and once with second and five at the eleven; both times, Romo made a point of questioning the call. I suppose you think Romo is in the habit of making excuses for us?

This year just so happens to be the first time that our offense is failing to carry the load for a team that we already know defensively isn't going to win games for us. The offense goes though bad plays and drives way more than they have since the league has taken offensive flight.

Except for all the games in the last few years where the offense had their 2-3 annual stinkers and got carried by the defense including a playoff home game against the Titans last year. This **** is getting really stale.

The defense is not designed to be some kind of dominant monster. It is supposed to be a unit that can situationally defend well and get enough stops for the offense to win games. But if your offense is so broken that they only score 16 points in the last 6 quarters then nothing will ever rescue you in 2018. Hell they had their first snap inside the Steelers redzone today at the end of the third quarter.

Our D held Steelers to 17 points, 17! We should have No Huddled Hurry Up them. You see how gassed their D was at times. Running slowing game down was not way to go especially against Pitt.
Agree on NH...Comes back to coaching which is horrible....no awareness and no adjustments....time for change

Are you watching the same games as me.

He had 1 td and 1 crazy bad horrible int today.

But ok...
You said the last 2 weeks. Last week he had 358 yards and 3 TDs. Just take the L, stop holding out hope that we all all have the same literacy issues you appear to

Maybe people should focus on the pats inability to clinch the division and the playoffs for two straight weeks and ask your self if that it self isn't concerning going into the playoffs where that needs to happen weekly.

Im rather amused at the idea that bill him self prolly already knows that this team doesnt have it. Not this year.

Call it spoiled, entitled or whatever. But making the playoffs coming from a weak division isn't the goal. At least I thought it wasnt.

It felt like a game versus the Broncos in Denver with Manning as QB. It was clear after the first PI on the Pats, which way the calls were going. IMO the Pats are NOT a great team this year, and may not be again for a decade, and Brady may have finally aged, and thats all well and good. Just HATE to see what I saw from the Refs, you cannot keep a drive going, if you have to get extra yards tacked on as a penalty. Would have enjoyed seeing the game if those calls were not so lobsided.

Strongly debating on going to work drunk tomorrow. Drink in the parking lot, chew some gum, walk in, try to work, maybe get fired. Who knows.

I don't recall you saying Tom sucks compared to ghosts of Tom past and that's fine.

He's not playing at an MVP level no question.

I can over react with the best of them. I never denied that and sometimes I get ahead or my self.

I would never on purpose day brady sucks. The man is a legend to me. But this has been hard to watch.

They only score 10 points man. The refs sucked but to act as if that is why they lost is homer **** and belongs on the jets board.

They didnt play anywhere near what they needed to.

When did I say the game was the refs fault in any way? I didn’t even mention an iota about the officiating. I made the point, which is obvious, that Brady was constantly killed by the offensive line’s penalties. I’m sure most of them were legit calls, but you can point to penalties as a major losing for reason without whining about refs, which I was not.

All the money was on the Pats today. Steelers needed this game badly.

NFL doing what they do.

It’s time to draft a QB. Brady was pedestrian. I mean he wasn’t terrible but he wasn’t what we’ve come to expect. It’s time to draft our qb of the future
We had that guy!! Now because Brady stayed too long in a lot of ways....will set team back several years while they try to find the next great QB....like every other team...

I don't like you. I am putting you on ignore for the next 15 minutes

:p

I honestly don’t think they are physically capable of it. They keep doing the “amoeba” to hide it but everyone knows they are simply not good enough. It’s not just DL either, they haven’t been able to find a number two linebacker even as good as ninkovich.

No we would not. Might be 2-3 points, but we would be a dog.

I can hear BB now. We need to coach better, practice better execute... stfu. For years now you’ve done little to blister the roster except go cheap and throw crap on the walls and hope it sticks.
Go cheap? They're at the salary cap

It's a tough time right now no question...
