For some reason, I LOVE this...very NE-like. TEAM football. Also, I really want Mahomes to win MVP. All that pressure in the playoffs...;)

Weather for Miami Sunday, 81 degrees and 81% humidity... some adjustment issues noted, but not as bad as it could be.

Could be worse, but I still hope that Bill has been holding practices indoors, with the heat turned up as high as it goes.

Not likely. Sucks its 1:00 game. 200am here.. I'll be keeping one hand on my gf cute bum to stay awake.. Mid day sun. screwed in that respect. Not sure what game plan could mitigate that. Probly lots of long balls to Gordon and Patterson . Use your size advantage on big plays IMO.

Really? A terrible edition of a team that hasn’t won in New England in about 20 years (besides a game against second stringers) scares you more than a pretty good Dolphins team in Miami, where Brady has NINE losses, many to much worse versions of this one? That’s bizarre.

Every game is different. Every year is different. According to BB, anyway.

As it happens, the Bills defense this season has been Top-3 in nearly all statistical categories, and they played the Pats offense tough in their earlier meeting. The Bills offense is also extremely unpredictable with rookie Allen at QB.

Meanwhile, the 'Fins offense and defense are both in the bottom 1/3rd of the league, or worse, in pretty much every category. The 'Fins may be missing their best DB, while the Pats are going into the game are very healthy, for a change.

So, having more concern about the Bills than about the 'Fins doesn't seem "bizarre" to me.

I am worried about this game. Brady is going to struggle so our offensive line needs to open some huge holes.

The good News is our defense has been playing better lately. They are going to need a strong showing because Brady will poop the bed this Sunday!

Why do you think that Brady will struggle?

Miami's run-D is significantly worse than the Jete run-D. Their pass defense against RBs is 27th in the league. I'm guessing that Michel, White and Burkhead get a lot of work this Sunday.

I'm here in Fort Lauderdale now. It's room temperature warm right now and supposed to be like this all week. The heat should be as big a non-factor as Miami's run defense.:D

Anyone watching the early edition on NBC sports boston? Holy **** are they out of touch. Would you rather have Amendola or Gordon and Chris Gasper and dummy Trenni would rather have Danny. I hate to say it because Tanguay says a lot but adds absolutely nothing but he said Gordon. I loved Danny when he was here and he made lots of clutch plays, but he wishes he had half the athleticism as Josh. He has some of the best hands in the league and he runs easily the better routes. Does he have the same explosiveness when he was with Cleveland in 2013? No. But even 80 percent of that is awesome. I'm drunk so if this doesn't make much sense so be it.

Amendola was a warrior for the Patriots. I miss him around here, but it was time for him to grab the best deal on the table. So it goes. It would nice to see him play on Sunday. It would also be nice to see him get shut out.

Josh Gordon vs Danny Amendola is apples and oranges. Gordon is only 27, cheaper, more baggage, less risk. Amendola is 33. at the end of the line. Better to let them go a year early than a year too late.

From what I can tell he isn’t particularly hurt. This is just what he is now and resting him for a week won’t change that.

Sadly this seems true. Gronk had plenty of rest and the result was getting called for holds on blocks and not being able to gain one yard when it counted to extend a drive.
I don't see what another week off now would do.
All hands on deck as we have a terrible record in Miami. Even the GOAT turns into a Goat there.

The Patriots will wipe out the Bills at home. They always do. Playing in Miami, even against very mediocre teams and bad QBs has been a longstanding pattern.

The Bills at home should be an easy W.

I hate this game each year but really dont think Miami has this one...I think the pats are a pretty well rounded team both offense and defense. If the Pats run the ball I dont think Miami can keep this close, particularly with their best corner out, thinking play action. I also think the defense is better than what stats show...

Also in the past this game wasn’t as important as past games regarding seeding so I think we will see a different Pats team down there this year.
