Seriously, the Patriots need a real defensive coordinator. It should not take a half-plus to figure out an offense piloted by Josh McCown with middling skill players. Belichick needs great coordinators and he only has one.

Too many penalties, not sure if it was sloppy play or tight refs, would have been a blowout otherwise.

The Refs were atrocious. The first holding call on Trent Brown was a work of fiction. As was the DPI on Gilmore. The "holding" call on Obi on the punt return was another work of fiction. The Refs missed/refused to call so many blatant holds by the Jets, not to mention at least 2 DPI and another Illegal Hands to the face. The fact that the Pats overcame this is a good thing..

Great win today! I was extremely worried that we were not finishing drives.

Kudos to the offensive line! They did not give up a sack and opened 209 plus yards of holes.

On the flipside Clayborn keeps getting to far upfield. One of the two McCown runs came on that.

On one of McCown's runs (3rd Q), the LT has his hand inside and/or wrapped around Clayborn's grill from the snap all the way back. That'll definitely show up on re-watch. I have no f**king clue how that was NOT called.

I'll be honest. I think it was more on the defensive players than the coaching. Roberts was out of position on one play. Missed a tackle on another for a big gain.. The defense was leaving people open.. I don't know what the deal was, but they tightened things up in the 2nd half..
