Gronk Back!

Gronk is listed as questionable on the injury report, so let's wait and see if he's active on Sunday. Frankly, I am not convinced that they need him against the Jets. I'd love to see him get some snaps and a few targets to get some game-speed action, but there's no reason to throw caution to the wind.

I am interested in seeing the rookies take on a big role - Dawson and Michel. The Patriots need them to strengthen two key positions groups.

Based upon his comments to the press yesterday, I'm convinced he'll be active. How effective he'll be is a separate question. I'd love to see him come out and shove it right up Manish Mehta's ***...

Mehta is not worth the trouble, but I would like to see the Patriots put an official end to the Jete season (although their GM essentially declared it over a couple games ago).

I missed the part where I acknowledged Mehta as a legitimate journalist. Please don't put words in my mouth.

Gronk has played plenty this year and clearly looks cooked

I’d be shocked if he ever returns to his GOAT form or anything close to it. He was being single covered by mediocre players earlier in the year. His return probably won’t open up the offense much, and it will lead to Brady forcing the ball to Gronk as he is prone to doing

Speaking from experience guys on the "Back" it's the most devastating injury for a Athlete especially in the Game of Football. I hope Gronk hangs em up after this year. I hope he has a normal life after football. That said going forward I don't see the Patriots giving him an extension. Technically he has a year left but I don't see BB offering an extension knowing he tried Trade him last off-season. I think the injuries have caught up to him. Gronk is not the same Explosive player we know nor will ever be again.

Brady was barely throwing to him outside of Houston and KC games and ignored him in the red zone....I'll pump the brakes on 87 coming out and putting up 9-120 and 2 tds....

Even a 65% Gronk could possibly open things up for Hogan who had one of his better games with Gronk in the lineup.

Or he was/is banged up and if he can just get healthy then he'll be Gronk again. He has always played so physical and dealt with his share of injuries so tough to know if this is more of that or if he is truly breaking down.
