I was hoping to get an optimistic take from him on the slight 4 game lead the Patriots have over the Jete. Gap continues to close. Brady looked vulnerable against the Packers and the end is near; I think next week is the one where we'll finally see the turning point. It's Darnit's division now; @JetFan79 has a very keen eye for QB play and will point out that Darnit is about to have a massive breakout.

By the way, Mahomes is now the heavy favorite for MVP. But how about that Jamal Adams - what a player!!!

The only problem this time is they have no more second-round picks to waste moving up a couple spots. Or do they? Jete draft-day follies always are fun to watch.

Great news for Jete fans today from the announcers of that Toilet Bowl. Apparently "interceptions don't bother Sam Darnold". So he'll be at peace walking head down towards the sidelines down three scores. I'd hate for my QB to be bothered by a minor thing like that.

The Jete might win a couple games now with McClown behind center. But do they want more wins now that their season has been declared over by the GM? Poor stupid Jete -- losing is bad, winning is bad. Or do they consider losing good, same as last year?

I'm guessing that "foot sprain" is a cover for the REAL problem -- brain sprain. His performance has been going downhill and Darnit is well on the road to being ruined. Now they're benching him, which is how he should have started the season.

The Stinky Jete have a real dilemma coming at them Sunday vs. Beefalo at home in New Giants Stadium: should they try to win, or try to lose? It's going to be hard to lose with Josh McClown replacing the benched Blunder Boy Blockhead, Dam Darnit. If Darnit was playing they might have a chance, but McClown is too competent (plus, he cares). Since GM Mike Cro-Magnon has declared the season over, what good will a win do bringing them to 4-6? To help their draft position the Jete need to lose. Problem is, they might not be able to.

For the first time I can remember, an injury to the starting quarterback will cause Vegas to increase the Jets chances of winning.

Wildly inaccurate (way below pro level)
Leading the league in turnovers by a huge margin
Already question marks about durability/injuries

If he turns it around to even be a longtime NFL starter after this beginning, it would be one of the more unlikely recoveries I can remember.

But the good news is Jamal Adams is really turning into a solid safety.

It only cost them THREE second round picks to move up for Darnold. If only there had been at least one good QB available when they were on the board in 2017. Hmmmm....

The Jets don’t have a QB coach this year.

Bates elevated to OC and I guess between him and McCown they said “good enough”.

I mean, Darnold obviously shouldn’t need one on one coaching at any point...
