IMO, Bortles has a good arm, can make most of the throws, and he's a pretty big sturdy guy. I'd say his issues have mostly been in his play and not in his ability. Not likely it would be fixed going to another team, but not impossible.
Makes moderate sense for Jax, but I am not sure how that makes sense for the Giants. They'd be better off getting something of value for Manning, not an overpriced QB that they'd cut at the end of the season instead of pay $34 million over the next 2 years. They should make a QB swap with the Giants, it makes sense for both sides.
I was thinking about him as I wrote itYou've just described Etling. Haha
Manning is one of the 3-5 worst starting QBs in the NFL. I wouldn’t give up a kicking tee for him.Makes moderate sense for Jax, but I am not sure how that makes sense for the Giants. Don’t you even think about Chris Harper-ing our practice squad QB.I was thinking about him as I wrote it

I actually think Bortles best chance is to go to a coach like gruden who just tells him to stop thinking, worrying and throw it all over the field.Bortles can be a game manager in the right system while they develop the QB they will draft next year. I'm not saying the Giants have the right system I mean they don't even have a system, but I agree Eli with Coughlin again makes more sense for the Jags side.
If the Giants are not into rookies they could try a reclamation project with Carr as well, I heard Gruden is selling everything.
Vagiants trash from Sewer York? They're either snobs or slobs.(Incidentally, the most congenial opposing home fans I met were Rams fans in St. Louis and Giants fans in New York.)
Laugh if you want, but Jacksonville players, coaches and front office personnel will treasure those September Super Bowl rings for the rest of their lives.
1. The loser of the Jaguars and Eagles game will be 3-5.
2. Either Jalen Ramsey or Lane Johnson will be 3-5.
3. The people of Philadelphia and Jacksonville will still be living there no matter if their team is 3-5 or 4-4.
