Great team win today now lets continue it on Thursday.

Goddamnit, you guys, I love football. This win was so satisfying in so many ways. Love our D. Love the effort on O with blocking by our WRs and TEs.

Cyrus is looking like a reliable punt returner. Patterson got into the mix. Gordon showed some flash. We got great production from Michel and even better production from our most reliable receiving back since probably Faulk.

JE comes back, the injuries that happened today aren't season-ending. We'll be playing an embarrassed Colts team on Thursday night.

Gotta treasure days like today, we've had so much success we as fans don't even deserve it.
I love you so much that I know that you're drinking right now.

I am too.

They played like hot garbage last week and got rightly called out for it. Today they played great and will be rightly praised for it.

Everyone was criticizing them last week. Every single 'homer' on this board will criticize the team's play and playcalling. Nobody was cutting them a break last week.

Sincere complaints/criticism is not the problem. The problem is the people who go radio silent when we're doing good but can't wait to revel and wallow in misery and make proclamations that our draft was a disaster, that our #1 pick is a bust, that Brady has lost it, that Bill butchered free agency, etc, etc, after a mere 3 games into the season.

Nobody *****es about sincere criticism. It's either a case of people who actually don't like this team or people with an incredible sense of entitlement and ridiculously short memories. Were these people here when we needed Daniel Graham to catch a TD against a basement-dwelling Texans team? Were those people watching when we won a battle of FGs against the fricking Cleveland Browns in the mid 2000s?

I guess my topic got deleted but let’s all say goodbye to @iapatsfan. They won today so he’ll go back to his miserable life with that pasty, overweight, Norwegian pig that he calls a “wife” and the dreary, growthless valley of hills, darkness, and inbred hayseeds that is otherwise known as “Iowa.”

I didn't mind that call. You're at midfield with 24 seconds left and HOU had no timeouts. Best scenario you just have to make one stop or two open field tackles. Hindsight is 20/20 and they ended up giving up a big play but I don't mind taking that chance

Do you play Madden? That’s exactly something I would do in Madden, not a NFL game when a sure tie became a loss that brings you 1-3 with NE on a short week.

I don’t doubt he means it. But he’s dealing with a disease, and that disease doesn’t simply go away due to positive attitude. Well had to wait and see how things go and hope he’s getting the help he needs.
I totally understand you, Vector. I just feel like sometimes a positive attitude gets overlooked. That's a huge thing precisely when you're dealing with a disease, be it substance abuse or depression. What you look for, like just about anything else in life, is consistency. And you mention that when you suggested the wait and see method. A positive attitude can never hurt matters.

Good win today by the home team. What a difference a week makes as you would think these are two totally different teams altogether.

They were onto Miami and they weren’t kidding. Noone said that from the Pats but it sound good anyway. First glance I can see all the hype for Miami leading into the game. Tannehill, Stills and the their offense were clicking and getting done with big plays while the Patriots were getting destroyed in every facet.

I don’t blame anyone for picking the Dolphoons for this one. The defensive turnaround was a stunner, even for the most Patriotic homer there is. I would of liked to have been in practice and the meeting rooms to hear the discussions between the coaches and players. Whatever showed up on film kudos for diagnosing and fixing it because whatever running lanes and short passing routes were there the last couple of weeks, were non existent this one.

You look at the stat line and one would think Gordon had a pedestrian game. A closer look and you see 2 third down catches and great block to spring a rb. All in just 18 snaps. Couldn’t ask for more in limited reps like that except he adds a Great presser afterwards to top it off.

Still want to see more games like this one before we annoint all the troubles behind them. Great way to throw the monkey off your back though and avoid the media freefall which would of surely been the demise of the Patriots.

Instead we get to read about a possible upcoming wr playing time controversy between Hogan and Dorset as well as a who to start cb once Rowe returns. I’ll take those normal football topics anyday over the sky is falling.

Vipergts can join him. Wrong two seasons in a row.

I'm looking at NFL.com and I'm seeing 79 offensive snaps (not including accepted penalties) and 77 defensive snaps (not including accepted penalties).

I think that Luck and their defense will be more vulnerable.

Or it could have lead to a win bringing you to 2-2. Like I said...there were 24 seconds and no timeouts left for the opposing team. You just have to prevent a first down for 24 seconds and even if they get one it isn't a guarantee they make the field goal. You win some you lose some it wasn't some God awful coaching decision the two announcers were making it out to be
