He wont play for tag with Pitt because its too dangerous. I dont see why Bell would play for NE for the same money.

IRex just cannot stay on the field so it doesn't surprise me that they're bringing Barner back. Darkwa is a JAG. I suspect they would get him on the phone if Michel got injured. Stephen A is a complete moron if he thinks Pittsburgh would trade Bell to New England in a million years and if he thinks that the Pats would pay him anywhere in the same universe what he thinks he's worth.

We need Cat like quickness from our RB's. Is Barner quick?

At 5-foot-9, 190 pounds, he's on the lighter side for a running back and has a history of performing better in space than between the tackles.

I think it's safe to say Bell would not have made a difference in either of the last two games.

I think this play is symbolic of this team through 3 games. DL we let walk blows up "run blocking" Guard who we just extended to tackle RB who was stupidly drafted in the first round.

We had our big back with Hill. Who knew he'd get knocked out for the year?
Michel will be a very good rb before the seasons over.
He's basically going thru his preseason right now.
The real blame for lack of run game rests squarely on the ol. They have to do a better job. Holes have been nonexistent. They WILL do better. They have Scar and talent.
Getting je11 back will help, as we'll actually have some semblance of a passing game to help open the running lanes.

I hate to say it but this season has all the makings of a Superbowl hangover.
Hill was a great signing gets hurt Burkhead has his moments gets hurt.
O line playing like crap D line playing worse than crap.
Overpriced free agents are playing with no fire pooping the bed.
Brady is frustrated Gronk is airing out dirty laundry.
Mccourty has regressed Jason isn't good Rowe has been terrible.
Hightower is playing so bad he is awful.
Gameplans look bad.
Belichick and Brady drama.
I think we miss the playoffs this year unless Gordon and Edelman can fix the O and the defense gets it straight.
If that doesn't happen we are looking 6 and 10 7 and 9.
That's ok because you can't win them all.
However I want the team to at least be competitive.
But I'm a fan regardless.

If the non-linked story is true I'd hope it's something he could return from don't forget two players can come back from IR.

Tough start to the year for him but hopefully get past it quick we need him.
