4:07 p.m.: We’ve reached the 4 p.m. deadline, and defensive backs Jason McCourty and Keion Crossen remain on the Patriots’ initial 53-man roster. McCourty joins twin brother Devin McCourty in the Patriots’ secondary. Crossen is a rookie with elite athletic skills.
