I'm pretty embarrassed to admit this, but I had actually seen that before...and just watched it again. I actually think that it is pathetic that I did that...
It's OK to just admit you forgot how to make a pb & j sandwich.

I have cousin, born and raised in Chicopee, who moved out to San Diego. After living there for several years, she moved back to Chicopee.

Perhaps that will be me someday, I’m not paying 500k for a starter home 15 miles inland. Gonna ride the beach out until rent makes it untenable.

Maybe in the past but with the availability of self-ordering kiosks, which are cheaper in the long run than several cashiers salaries at $15/hour and also more efficient, if push came to shove, it would be the kiosks that replace the cashiers. Not sure how far away technology is from replacing the cooks, though.

80% of all jobs will be automated over the next 25 years or so. Hawkins, Musk and several others have pointed this out quite pointedly... even jobs that would be considered intellectual in nature, jobs people went to college for years to study like managerial jobs, carpentry , architecture, engineering, accounting, etc will be completely automated

At some point the entire planet will have to undergo a philosophical and cultural change where its not the standard to wake up and go to a 9-5 job, because we'll have machines and AI doing most of the work for us. Which would also likely mean some sort of "Citizens Wage" as a base income that would be enough to cover your basic survival needs like food, shelter and medical because the cost of goods will be insignificant. Its a fascinating and frightening thought at the same time

I have my doubts as to whether that will happen in our lifetimes or not.

Would you still put Pollo up against the Mom and pop Cuban and Latin places in South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood area)? I think I would. It’s really that good.
Nothing beats Los Pollos Hermanos, especially when you factor in the side packages that come with your order.

Their owner is also very active in the local community.

I've just decided to make it my life's goal to outlive you. It's a decision I likely will regret, but there you have it.

It's good to have goals.
