Hey, that's my home town your talking about. But it didn't have a ChickFil-A when I grew up there fifty years ago. Actually, "Chicopee" means "ChicFil-A" in the Algonquian language.

The only redeeming quality of Chicopee. I remember eating the sandwich in car and crying back to Springfield at 100mph on the 141.

Much better situation now, I have one a mile or two away from me here in Ocean Beach, San Diego. Depending on time of day, 10 minutes or 30. Still rage when hungry for chicken on Sunday.

Funny that you say that b/c Chick Fil-A is terrible for you, and for some reason I thought that it was an acceptable, healthier alternative vs the other fast food crap, until I started using an app to watch my carbs/sat fats/sugar.

Had them last night actually. Fried yuca as an appetizer with their cilantro ranch to dip it in and mojo pork with black beans and yellow rice and veggies. They’re right down the road from the house and they’re criminally underused at my household.

Never got the infatuation with Chick Fil A.. one time was on a long flight and the woman next to me had a bag of Chick Fil A sandwiches which she raved about, they did not have a Chick Fil A at our destination, so she had a need to get her fill. That was in 2001 before a lot of the flight restrictions...

Then one came to Warwick RI, stopped by (never on a Sunday) and got a sandwich and fries, it was pedestrian and flavorless at best and they used white bread...

"White bread makes you dead"..... but every time I drive by there are long lines, do have grilled chicken nuggets which are way lower in fat...

Chipotle is very overrated. I don’t understand the infatuation with that place. The one by my house has a line almost out the door daily.
