Bruins Lose to NOT lock down the East - #2 Seed

A "meltdown"? I only remember the last 2 goals and those were hardly ones you could blame the goalie for. I'm not a Bruins fan by the way.

I"m not a bruins fan either (capitals fan). The bruins had the cup won that year and Rask gave up 2 goals in the last minute 30 seconds. On the game winning goal he was way out of position. He just isn't a money goalie in my view.

The Vatrano goal was inexcusable. He has to stop that, give away or not it was shot from way outside, and he had plenty of time to track the trickling puck.

It was trash. Should've been stopped. Not that it matters. This team always finds a way.

That's a trickle to the blue line bud...that's what I meant, genius. Not the shot. Moron

Somebody clearly hasn't been on the planet long enough to learn the 1st law of holes. Keep digging and name calling little guy. lmao

When I said track the trickling puck I was referring to the turn over trickling to the blue line where Vatrano shot it...it's quite amazing you can't grasp that concept. You're quite special. Reading comprehension is good

The guy gets too much of a pass in my view. Going into the playoffs playing bad. We will see if they can turn it on.

Wow that was embarrassing. Am I wrong in saying that home ice/field/court matters the least in hockey outta the major sports? It doesn’t seem very important, teams seem to win big games on the road in hockey more than any sport.

Well your goalie has to play well in those spots on the road. I hope i am wrong about this team and they flip a switch.

It means ALOT. This loss will haunt them. It's not just that though. Now the Bruins play the leafs, who have owned the bruins of late instead of playing the Devil's. You couldn't script a worse ending to the regular season than this.

Lol! You'll always be homefry, bud. When I said track the trickling puck I was referring to the turn over trickling to the blue line where Vatrano shot it...it's quite amazing you can't grasp that concept. You're quite special.

You've gone from Rask not tracking the trickling puck to a trash goal to a turnover trickling to Vatrano at the blue line when the puck was actually passed to Vatrano in the high slot. If you ever grow up you'll realize real men admit when they are wrong and move on. Good luck with that.

Put me on ignore. Your reading comprehension is ridiculous. Thank you. It wasn't "passed" to Vatrano. It was a loose puck! You can call that a pass if it makes you feel better, but my original point was Rask had plenty of time to see that shot from where it was taken.

Very disappointing game and overall a poor last week to the season.

Bruins vs leafs is gonna be an epic 1st round match up, i have the bruins in 7 but it could very well go either way, both teams have great depth.

You are making a horse's rear out of yourself here son. Try actually looking at the replay. McGinn passes it out to McCann who laid a beauty out for Vatrano in the high slot and Vatrano wasted no time blasting it. It was a great shot and very well placed.

Gotta feel good when the B's go down though...they play much better trailing.
They’ve allowed the first goal in 44/82 games this year, and still competed for the President’s Cup.

Amazing.

Can’t continue to go down 0-1 in the second season, though.

The Sox are doing well, the Celtics on the other hand are shot without kyrie.

Damn. I was looking forward to a Devils vs Bruins series.

TB isn't nearly as fun of an opponent.

How can anyone on a Pats message board root for a hockey team besides the Bruins?

High IQ?

Wow, game day thread makes its way into Bruins talk.

Bitter the bruins lost? And i’m not a bruins fan so it’s not “game day thread talk.”
