I can’t say the jets got fleeced when philly traded the world for Carson wentz. Worked out pretty good I’d say.

If the jets come out of this with a good quarterback, they didn’t get fleeced.

The Jets better HOPE that they hit on the right QB. Because they won’t have a lot of high picks to help him out the next couple years.

It won't matter who the jest take. They could select brady, montana, manning, or marino, as soon as the player comes in contact with the putrid green slim of an organization they're career will be over. The jete have that effect on players especially qb's.

It’s a fleecing unless the Jete are capable of choosing the best QBs at 3, who ALSO wouldn’t be there at 6.
They moved ahead of Denver and Cleveland. Cleveland will take a qb at 1 abs Denver just paid keenum.
Unless the colts were going to trade with someone else who was going to take the same qb the jets like they may have just outbid themselves at a cost of 3 2nd round picks.

Not to mention they traded up to get “fill in the blank” because QBs are likely to go 1 and 2 and they will be left with whoever was left.
