Report: Talib, Sherman 'have their eye on Patriots'

I have my brown eye on Talib.

Eh, I'll take him back but I'm not his biggest fan. He kind of lost me when he got owned physically and emotionally by Steve Smith.

If Talib/Sherman are playing instead of Bademosi we win. Period. Rowe can be the 3rd corner where he's alright.
JJ>Rowe. Jones would be #3. He would better complement Gilmore/Talib's skill sets. He's also just a better all-around cb than Rowe. That includes playing outside.

Yes! I would love to see one of these clowns benched before the superbowl.

Lmao, I was debating if I was gonna go there......Glad you went there for me! *Still not over that decision and never will be*.

I just cant see them heavily investing even further into the secondary

They have a lot of needs all over the place, so I just can't see how they fit someone like Talib or Sherman on the roster while addressing other areas of need. BB has always said that CB is the easiest position for a rookie to come in and make an impact, and with the money already invested in the secondary that is the route they seem more likely to take

We need help on the defensive line, we need some athletic linebackers, we need a future LT, we need a future QB, we need more RBs, we need another TE, we need a future WR

Not sure how he makes it all happen, thats why im glad BB is the GM and not me

To his credit, I think Talib rebounded nicely from that. Since that happened he's probably been one of the 3 best CBS in the NFL.
That's a competitor. Instead of hanging his head he looked himself in the mirror and decided to get better.

One of them will eventually come here. I don't like the though of Rowe being the second corner. He was toasted in the super bowl.

I have been avoiding most patriots things for awhile now as I'm still pissed at belichick and the thought of what he did still sickens me. However this headline caught my eye by accident and I had to click. I'd take either one in a heartbeat. Sounds like we may even get to choose between them. How lovely. Would be nice to have a defense that could slow down nick foles.

Talib - Older but better last year without evident signs of decline

Sherman - Play saw decline last year due to injury, but has the highest potential.

Watch us not get either

Rumors say Clowney
Clowney and Sherman yes please.

Rumors at the NFL combine say we are looking to trade for Clowney for the 31st pick.
As well as Brandin Cooks away to the Bears for a second rounder.

Ahh okay thanks. Just don’t see Houston trading him. Especially with Watt and Mercilus coming off major injuries.

If we get one of them, will give us more options in the Draft...

I'd Rather us go heavy in the draft in the front 7, rather than go for a corner in the draft. Just look at Cyrus jones

Don't utter such ridiculous nonsense about Cooks

I'd only be ok trading Cooks if Robinson or Watkins or Martavius Bryant is walking thru that door.
Don't even talk about trading Cooks. In 20 years he will take over for Bill Belichick as our Head Coach. Mark my words.

Unless the move would allow a big upgrade elsewhere, replacing Cooks with Watkins or Bryant would be terrible. Maybe Robinson, but maybe not.

Personally i'd want Robinson anyone else then i'd rather have cooks. He has been slated by lots of people on here this season which a lot of it was unfair.
