TB must be feeling uneasy with all this age attention. It's like a new stereotype for him to overcome and it will stay with him until he retires and beyond He's probably beginning to wish that he never mentioned how long he wanted to play. Now his every move is going to be evaluated in terms of his age--whether positive or negative.

It may even vie with his GOAT image or at least distract from it, because it will be a constant footnote, written larger with each year he prevails.

The second episode just dropped. I was STUNNED at watching him watch the Giants Superbowl loss. He was clearly furious, miserable about it and really affected, It was incredibly gratifying to see that, he looked like a fan!

Yeah, when Tom House asked him that he gave a definitive "Yep." Why should anyone doubt him, especially after watching this series and the mental AND physical preparation he puts himself through?

That was the quickest 15 minutes I've ever watched I think.

One of the things that has stuck out is how much TFB focuses in on the losses. Not just with the viewing of SB42 (which others have commented on), but both games he's featured on Tom vs. Time are the two ugly losses from early in the season. There's nothing at all about the Saints or the Texans game. He stays hungry because he obsesses over the imperfections.

I've never watched it until watching Tom watch it. Good for him, though. Just another brick in his GOAT castle...complete with moat.
