That is the stupidest thingI have ever heard. I have no idea how you could watch the film and come away with that impression.

The one thing that I was thinking about was that no wonder Gisele wants Tom to give up football. I get the feeling that he works hard all year long on football. She wants her man 100% of the time. I also hope he finds something else to take his time when his football days are over, in 2032.

I'm Wicked Pissed.
Watched this show last night with wife. She loved it of course.
She's on a jihad to get to the gym, have us both eschew wine & other alcohol and eliminate all tasty carbs from our diet.
My dwindling remaining twilight years are gonna be living Hell.
GFY Tommy Boy!

That's the thing I wondered too, especially with that ending segment. I think it's an awesome look into how supportive she is, but he's a relentless competitor and I'm sure she just wants her husband, a family, and a normal life. TFB still has more he wants to do. She's supportive when he does it and that's all you can ask from your wife really.

Ha! I'm only 37, but I've decided when I finally hang up this life/career, I'm going to just enjoy myself and play out the string doing whatever the **** I want. But hey, I tip my hat to you sir.

You might be overlooking the potential benefits of your wife's renewed vigor.

OK, so when is someone going to post a link, or at least give some instructions on how to watch it when you aren't a member of Facebook.

Can a guy get a little help here?

It's on YouTube also for your convenience.

Look. All I know is that Tom said he was gonna watch his kids play soccer. Ya never watched your kids play soccer Tom!!

I thought it was pretty good. But man, watching Tom and Gisele drive around before and after games is a bit weird. I feel like we should have a driver employed.

That did make me wonder if they drove to and from the stadium all the time for games and practices. If so that is even more awesome but scary at the same time.

Bless you my friend. You made my day in just 15 minutes ;)

BTW- the other Brady options that they offer at the end of the show could really screw up one's day. It is like all Brady all day....and there is nothing wrong with that at this time of year.

I just watched it.

Ok seriously, couple things jumped out at me.

Firstly, I still can't believe Brady granted such unfettered access to his private life. There isn't one poster on this board who wouldn't give their right arm to see this side of TFB, timing of it be damned.

And second...goddman Brady looks good! Brady at 40 looks way better than Brady did at 24 (see below) LET ALONE his performance on the field. **** I'll buy whatever he's selling if that's how it works.

Interesting piece. I am surprised Brady allowed this though considering he is a very private person. If he believes Alex G helps him so be it.

brady is the executive producer, along with michael strahan and gotham chopra, of a series called "The Religion of Sports". while working together on that series, chopra brought up several times the possibility of doing a series about brady, and after the 2016 season, brady finally agreed.

tom curran interviewed chopra about the series, and he talks about brady's motivation for doing the series at 9:38:

QUICK SLANTS THE PODCAST: Gotham Chopra on Brady’s motivation for documentary

it's a good listen. chopra grew up in boston and is a big patriots fan and understands the patriot way. i'm glad he's the one doing the series.

.

It's up now for those interested.
I'm watching every episode. Got me ready to go run through a damn wall. I'm hooked.

I have goosebumps. Thanks for sharing it.

I actually had to turn off the sports radio. Today has become a classic rock day.

Did I hear correctly this morning? Some ahole called Brady's 5 year old daughter a pissant? That kind of crap goes way beyond clickbait. That deserves a beating. WTF is this world coming to?

Don't listen to what the media and talking eggheads have said about this. It is nothing like that. Watch it for yourself.

I watched it. Loved it. Look forward to the rest of them.

I can imagine, however, that this might get under Belichick's skin a little. Tom has made himself separate from the team, and made it a little bit about him. (the videos are all about him) I think he's transcended the team now, and he's in the same stratosphere as Woods, Jordan, and Nicklaus. Maybe even Ali. I am willing to allow the thought that Belichick might want to knock him back a couple pegs to keep him coach-able. (wickersham piece, anyone?) The Patriot Way is Team First, and this is not team first.

Parcells had his 11 QB commandments. #11, Don't be a celebrity QB. Why wouldn't Belichick, part of the Parcells coaching tree, espouse those values? Brady as definitely entered that pantheon of celebrity, more so than ever. I see the video projects him as a regular guy, but he's certainly the biggest celeb that Belichick has coached.

Let's hope this doesn't bite them in the ass. If anyone can pull it off, it's Brady.

How would it bite them in the ass? You do know BB has his own special 30 for 30 coming out on ESPN on Feb 1 right? If anything letting ESPN interview him after everything they've done and said is more odd to me. And we all know BB is the hardest to get anything out of. And of course let's not forget the DYJ specials. I don't think this will harm anything or anyone. In fact reading the comment sections about this show, it seems this show has Patriot/Brady haters adjusting their positions seeing how hard he works and has worked. It may actually be doing the most good for him than any article or book that could be written.

Belichick understands that it's not a one-size-fits-all proposition. Gronk has a lot of leash, for example. It gives him his competitive edge if you ask me. Same for TFB.

Absolutely it's gotten under Belichick's skin, and I don't blame him.

The new Facebook movie series Tom vs Time is out. First episode was excellent.

- Bits about his training and Alex Guerrero
- Ring ceremony
- His motivations and mindset

Going to be a fun week here watching some nostalgia, I have all the 3 Games to Glory discs, Brady6, Do Your Job I/II, the first Super Bowl game where John Madden gets "goosebumps" over what Brady just did... :)

I had been hoping to watch that. By what I’m seeing now. I understand Guerrero better now. Tom Brady is a machine. The accusations of steroids are preposterous, the dude eats leaves
