Have the Jets climbed atop as your most hated team now?

I dislike what Mangini did to his former boss. Ratting Belicheck out becuase Mangini's team got smacked around at home and not wanting the New York Media for an explanation. I don't really hate the Jets players as much as I dislike Mangini. He is the reason why the Pats lost their first round pick. I have completely forgot about the Colts for this season. The teams I'm looking foward to see the Pats kick their ass are the Chargers, Steelers, Eagles, Giants and any other team that comes out and makes excuses why they lost to the Pats.

Chargers are my new #1 most hated team. LT is such a whiny beeyotch.

Nah, the Chargers have elevated themselves since last year to the top of the hatred list. The players and their fans are on a whole different level of doucheness.

I used to think that the Raiders fans were the worst...that was until i went to the Chargers messageboard over the past few days...what friggin jerks!

Nah. This is going to sound conceited, but the Jets are too insignificant for me to hate.

I don't hate easily, either. Indy hate somehow grew into respect last year. I'd say I hate SD the most right now.

Jets fans on the other hand are easily the worst. I honestly have yet to meet one Jets and/or Yankees fan that I like (and I live in upstate NY so I've met a lot). One time we met this real jerk and my wife (from Arkansas so she's fairly impartial) commented "I bet he's a Yankees fan (he was)." Ever since we always try to find out the baseball allegiance of people we dislike, and most of the time it is in fact the Yankees. This even worked in Virginia.

I'm a Jets/Yankees fan and I find this hysterical! I've got to admit it doesn't surprise me. However, I personally think that Giants/Yanks fans could possibly be more obnoxious.

You guys are funny. You hate the Jets because he turned in your cheating ass coach!
Talk about "doucheness"!

I don't like the Jets, but they are so meaningless I can't hate them too much. Teams that actually stand in our way of success, teams like the Colts, Chargers and sometimes the Steelers, are the teams I'd be most concerned about. The Jets are a mediocre team who may get lucky some years and possibly beat us if they play their best game ever. I think they are annoying, but overall, they are meaningless. Seriously, I think we have such an easy conference this year with the Bills, Dolphins and Jets fighting for last place.

:rocker: I love it when someone breaks out the word "doucheness"

The Chargers are my most hated team right now, just because of the crybabies on that team

Yeah, i reckon the Jets are now.
Closely followed by Broncos and Chargers

Still Miami for me. But the Jets are working their way up.

Wow, how did I forget about the Steelers, the "better team" in '01 and '04. Did you guys khow that they basically won that game in '01?

Maybe with Porter and Cowher out of the picture they'll stop being such douches, but maybe not (we'll see if the coach clamps down after Hines Ward felt the need to talk this week).

Seriously, how hard is it to accept losing somewhat gracefully and not comment on other teams' business? Is it Steelers team policy that neither is allowed?

NO! I see them as totally irrelevant now. Mangina, that's a different story!

I hate the Jet's but not because they are a good football team. Rivals like the Colts,Chargers and Steelers are bitter because they are good football teams worthy of competition thus there is always a twinge of doubt that this team can beat you on any given Sunday or playoff game.

The Jet's are just pathetic, riding our coat tails for the last 5 of 6 years. I expect a win every time we play them no matter where or when we play them. They are just not good and their coach is just a lame duck who was hired only because of BB's excellent defensive system. He had no business getting a head coaching job because he did nothing to improve the Patriot's defense. If anything we took a huge step down in 05 when he was running it. All I got to say is thank God he is wearing green and not our Patriot colors.

Jet's are hated but it's not a rivalry in the least.

I think there was a survey/post regarding this very topic on who is the team which you despise and hate most.

The results mainly came by way of responses picking the Colts,Broncos,Chargers,Steelers and Dolphins as the most hated teams,The Jets were not really selected by many at that time.

Now with this scandal and the result, have the Jets vaulted on top of your hatred for 1 specific team? - or is it still the Colts,Dolphins ect...?

Its hard for me to change my views of hating the Dolphins most which I still do,even after today's result but the Jets are definately inching closer,The thing that keeps me from putting the Jets on top is the fact that I kind of admire Chad Pennington's attitude and toughness and the respect I think both Cotchery and Coles deserve as being 2 of the most underated WRs in the NFL but still knowing Mangini as scum HC and a dirt bag is tough to dismiss.

Have you changed your mind as of this evening?

Are the Jets even any good? Mangini's arrogance will be his downfall this year-the fact that he thinks he can post an 11 win season with a bunch of scrubs, AGAIN, is saying ALOT. I was shocked to see the Jets not making many offseason moves, they had alot of holes.

San Diego is a close 2'nd, I don't think you can have an IQ over 75 and be a Bolts fan.:D

Yet Pats fans start threads hating the NY Jets "the most" because they didn't like the fact that they turned in your head coach for cheating? Yeah, those Jets should have just allowed your coach to break the rules. Silly Jets!

Yeah, maybe instead of hating Mangini, you guys should be worrying about hating an arrogant, cheating Head Coach that has brought a huge amount of shame to your organization.

Here are just a sampling of the articles saying how lightly BB got off (but, I know, I know, they're all just out to get you guys because sportswriter are just so jealous of our accomplishments!)

But, but, but...they all are wrong. Everyone's out to get us. They're just national media idiots.

It's really quite funny you bring up the intelligence of other teams' fans. Last time I checked, allowing yourself to be brainwashed into thinking your "side" is in the RIGHT and EVERYONE else must be completely wrong reminds me of a certain mentality found in the Middle East. You guys are seriously delusional to the point it's scary. I guess that's why they call it "fanatics", right?

If you guys had the intelligence to look at this whole episode without your freaking HOMER GLASSES on you'd realize how bad it looks. If Tony Dungy and the Colts got caught doing this, I wonder how badly you'd be ripping on Peyton Manning and their ability to move the ball with the aide of illegal videotaping.

In fact, I'm willing to venture that all Patriot Fans with any intelligence, sportsmanship, and morals have stayed away from this entire mess because they know how bad it looks. It's futile for you to make such weak excuses. How are you going to explain this to your children?

What a waste of a talented, hard working team that tons of fans around the NFL had mad respect for just a few short seasons ago. Your team has nobody to blame but themselves.

So are any of you guys going to grow a spine and admit that this is embarrassing for your entire organization? Or are you just going to continue being sheep and showcasing your below average IQ's by blindly following your leader?

Dude-I would worry more about your coach.

When Norv gets outcoached in Dec, please don't come back here crying to us.

Never liked the Jets, when we had our lean years, all of their puked faced fans would come in with their jackets being all proud and ****, acted as though they ruled the universe. Fast forward to Manjudas and now I like them less than before..

Do not like Miami, but they come no where near the classlessness of the Jets...

I find it hard to hate a team that sucks as bad as the Jets do.

Colts are still my number 1 , because I think Bill Polian is behind this...
