The forum can't be all ice cream and rainbows, there needs to be reality every now and then. And reality is Brady hasn't been his usual self the last 5 games....r u disputing that? And when ur best player isn't playing his best, it is cause for concern, no? Or will Guerrero's boy automatically go out and throw for 275, 3 tds, and no int? If brady played like, I don't know, the Brady from mid-season, no one would be concerned...but we've seen brady one hop more throws than usual, he threw a terrible pick 6 inside his own 20, miss wide open receivers the last 5 games... If u think he's been great, well, I've got some oceanfront real estate in Detroit sell you...
Speaking just for myself, it’s probably more of your overall presentation than bringing up the possibility that Brady may have had a sub-par month that people may have an issue with.

Let’s remember that he still went 5-1 with some big time plays that we likely just take for granted anymore. Let’s see if getting some rest and key players back will help any issues that he may/may not have had. No reason to beat a dead horse, though. Fingers crossed for working through some issues. What that dude does with a constant changing WR group is amazing.

I’m reading Burkhead likely out? Anyone else hearing that?

not to make excuses, but brady was playing through an achilles injury missing most of his targets.

I mean he was throwing to Kenny Britt who was signed a week prior and he clearly doesn't trust dorsett.

lets see how brady looks fully healthy with Chris hogan/james white back in the fold...

Facts r trolling ? Umkay....

Nonstop serial negativity about the best team in football year after year after year. The same about Brady =TROLLING

Or you are just one of the most miserable people on earth?

Or a Jets fan?

Oh, wait a second..............

We've seen brady "LOOK" much better than the last 5 games throwing to Austin Collie, kenbrell thompkins and Keshawn Martin...

When people cry wolf game after game, season after season and the guy keeps playing the best football of anyone in the league then realists recognize that person is full of crap, so they don’t pay attention to their crying anymore. You reached that threshold long ago.

It doesn’t matter how h plays. He’s led them to 2 Lombardi’s in 3 seasons, and all you and the rest of the criers do is b.tch about him.

Oh, how quickly you've forgotten. Brady "looked" MUCH worse through the beginning and end of 2013 and the end of 2015. It isn't even remotely close. You're searching for something to be miserable about. Why people live like that is absolutely beyond me. It's a good example why anti-anxiety meds are so rampant throughout the U.S.

rex and gillislee not expected to play...need dion to stay healthy

Looks like we're gonna see the return of James white tonight!!

Biggest detriment to Brady's end of season stats has been D. Lewis and the running game. And outside of Miami, Brady has played fine down the stretch especially with some many offensive players out. That said, being hot does guarantee anything. The 2010 offense was on absolute fire the last half of the season yet they obviously struggled against the Jets. Brady and the Pats were not lighting the world on fire at the end of 2014 yet went on the win it all. With the bye week I do not think momentum/recent trends mean all that much. If they play reasonably well this game should be a win.

yeah, does he remember the game against the Jets where I dont think brady threw for a touchdown and targeted Edelman 17 times?

I remember that season where brady threw only 25TD's with 11 interceptions on the whole year and people questioned whether he lost it.

or 2015 when we lost 2 of the last 3 games to blow the #1 seed with brady looking bad against the Eagles.

memories are short around here.

It's amazing to see so much of this "fanbase" ***** and moan about everything. I think most aren't happy unless the team wins every game 42-10...

Im just so used to it.

I don't know what people did when back in 01-06 they were winning 21-17 every week.

lets see. heres a gamelog of bradys games per season...you can make your own conclusions, but looking at 2013 and 2015 vs. 2017 im not sure how someone can make the case that Brady has played much worse this year.

Tom Brady

The people that are attempting to make that case should not be taken seriously. They have a track record of complaining.

It's very simple, if brady played the way he's played the last 5 games the patriots chances of winning the SB are demonstrably lower than if he plays like he played in Oct and Nov.
I don't see how or why people would argue that fact.... So u think the patriots win the SB if he throws 5 td and 4 int and completes 55% of his passes over 3 games? Again, that oceanfront property I have in Detroit is a hot seller...

Well let's hope a 100 percent hogan will make this offense better. The struggles on 3rd down's a concern for me. That has to get better otherwise they won't make a trip to Minnesota.
