This issue gets under my skin like few others do. If I were Belichick and/or Gase, I'd be screaming to high heaven. What makes their game and their teams less worthy than others? So, the "demotion" doesn't penalize the demoted crew, but, rather, it penalizes the two teams considered to be less worthy of a better crew than the teams originally scheduled to have the crew deemed worthy of demotion. WTF! This policy is a clear example of what makes the NFL a ****ty and poorly-run organization.

Update: Walt Anderson is now scheduled for DAL-NYG and Brad Allen has IND-BUF. Three weeks ago, there was a late schedule change for an unknown reason that split Allen’s and Gene Steratore’s crews, with half the crew staying on their originally scheduled game. Allen would have a Giants game twice in four weeks, so apparently another late scheduling change was made. Sorry for the confusion on that, and we are not sure why the league is calling a late audible on the assignments.

People are reacting. I talk to people who are long time fans. 40+ yrs..etc.

They are dropping like flies.
And , sadly I will have to stop watching soon.

It sux, but I really hate being taken as a fool.
