Gilmore has been rolling in four consecutive games. Moore had no shot to complete that pass because of Gilmore’s leverage against Parker.
I'd add better communication throughout the offense, keeping the G.O.A.T upright, and sprinkle in more runs to gas the pass rush and punish them for going upfield.
The Dolphins are playing hard in this one. I'm surprised. Their hurry up at the end of the half was well executed until the Moore (#nowyouknowwhyIamabackupqb) threw the pick. Gase still has his players working hard. The second half is not a gimme the way the Patriots are executing.
I hope they simplify the snap counts for Karras in the second half.
1. The Pats have graciously kept the Phins in this game with a 36 yd penalty and the gift fumble for a TD.
2. BTW- that WAS the correct call on Flower's strip sack. The whistle had blown when the runner's progress was stopped. So while the RB WAS not down, when Flower's stripped the ball, it was all for not, because the whistle had blown.
3. For what it's worth: Gilmore has erased his Receiver. Butler, with the exception of the flea flicker, had done well against his, but Jones is having and issue with Landry. Maybe a switch at the half?
4, The only one on offense who is going to slow the Pats offense its going to be the Pats offense. Brady's pick was the only stop Miami had.
5. Adois to Nate Ebner. The fact that Miami has gotten past the 25 twice, is not a coincidence.
Lots of room for improvement headed to Buffalo. I'm sure BB and Brady will mention it after the game.
If Brady gets two more touchdown passes, he will be at 26 before next week. Anybody think he has a shot at getting to 40 td's? Five games remain. He'd probably need five td's in one game ( very possible).
