Man you are such a biased poster, you can be a fan of a team without believing that everything they do is gold. You are calling Flowers a big win, come on that is just a ridiculous assertion it makes your credibility questionable.Drama queen..
Cooks, big win
Bademosi, big win
Flowers, big win
Allen, does his job well.. neither win or loss
Dorsett, able blocker, runs routes well and takes coverages upfield when called on, still under cheap contract for a bit.. neither win or loss
Gillislee, better pass protector than Blount, not much difference in terms of running ability, higher upside.. neither win or loss
Ealy, loss but was essentially for free
Marsh, loss
Listed weights are not very reliable anyway, but Marsh looked thin and certainly could not hold the edge. I think Lee will do a better job there. I hoped that Marsh could bring speed off the edge but that didn't materialize.Marsh came out of college at 255. Perhaps playing for Carroll caused him to drop some pounds.
You value a player like Gilislee who has been inactive 2 straight weeks in one post and then devalue a player like Coleman not playing enough in a post on the same page. I’m sorry but I cannot take anything you say seriously, you have just proven to be a poster who has no objectivity. And so the wheel turns.
Last year Coleman showed not to be competent enough to play meaningful snaps here and people were upset that it was Roberts that got cut and not him. This year apparently the mistake is to let Coleman go.
He plays in a different team with a different scheme. That alone makes any comparisons or what if scenarios pointless. Most players can be productive if they find just the right environment. Just because he has improved from being below average to JAG status doesnt mean he would have had the same growth here. Especially after he didnt show any for an entire year + training camp.
Richards has been playing well.Man you are such a biased poster, you can be a fan of a team without believing that everything they do is gold. You are calling Flowers a big win, come on that is just a ridiculous assertion it makes your credibility questionable.
Are you going to tell me Jordan Richards was a good draft pick now?

Minus one week in Feb 2008...
Lee was a solid player in college, especially his senior year where we had a good defensive turn around with a new DC. USF was terrible the rest of his time there with bad defensive coaches. He isn't an amazing athlete or jaw dropping playmaker but from what I remember of him he sets the edge well, and has good power / strength to get up field. He's certainly worth a PS spot as he has the speed and size to develop. Hopefully he's gotten better and can make an impact here. I have very low expectations for him, but I'm happy to have a USF Alum on the Patriots again, even if it's a short stay.Id temper expectations here. quickly re-watched the game yesterday. PS material. unless he developed dramatically in BUF Id be surprised if he plays. He does have some football blood and does understand assignments though incl. setting the edge..

He might've developed more. He's certainly good enough to contribute on ST so a 53 is warranted. I can see him having success here because from what i recall he is disciplined against the run and can get up field at the QB. As someone noted he plays like Wise just maybe not as good but that is 2 year old footage. I'd imagine his technique and play has improved with the better NFL coaching. Obviously BB see's something in him and had info from Patriots West that he liked. See what the kid has to offer first.A PS spot is fine but hes on the 53. As you says he not an amazing athlete.
I really don't understand whats wrong with Akeem Ayers.
This feels like an early acquisition of a 2018 off-season roster prospect. If Lee is active and plays well on something other than ST within the next three weeks, I may start believing that BB actually does have magic powers.
Lacks an NFL physique
Just got pushed around in those few snaps.
It was a panic signing and Bill got hosed on that trade.
Yes he is taller. 15 lbs lighter if you go by listed weight. That’s not “the same weight” as Ninko.Marsh is actually a couple inches taller than Nink and about the same weight. Perhaps he just "played smaller."
When he showed up at Foxborough before his retirement everybody knew he was retiring because he dropped a lot of weight.Soooooo, why not Ninkovich, I know it’s been discussed in here and by the player. Has to be better Lee, even as he gets up to speed.
