Holy crap the refs(and Al riveron in New York) just screwed the ratbirds. THat's clearly not a touchback. WTF! Should have been spotted at the 0.5 yard line.

Refs held the ball for substitution, Packers fans didn't like it, and boo'ed. Refs did the right thing. Ratbirds had the right to substitute before ball is snapped because Packers substituted a player.

Berry hadn't gone down, the Raiders started off as expected, The Broncos hadn't collapsed for seemingly no reason, and the Chargers were the Chargers.
