THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Peppers ain’t bad for an old guy.

LOL who would be dumb enough to hire patricia as their HC??

anyway, cam has sucked this year but the perfect medicine for a ****ty QB is the 2017 patriot defense. we simply can't stop anyone. hell, the saints defense did a better job last week against cam. the players are bad, coaching is ****...just awful.

now they will score again to start the half. not good....

Well. The D already surrendered all the points they should for the entire game vs this kind of O. This is very sad.

no pash rush is the problem...

If the biggest problem with this D is communication, and I think it is, that's actually not bad news. Given the coaching staff and the fact that improvements and learning will naturally come from experience, that's the one thing that's the most easily correctable. But this, right now, is pretty god awful. This is one of the worst offenses in the NFL and they're breaking off plays in bunches.

Does anyone believe this **** will get better?

Yeah I don’t know what happened there but it appeared to me that Gilmore just legitimately didn’t react to the shift at all and was supposed to, based on how Rowe was yelling at him.

Nice, I like this kind of game. Its going down to the wire

I dare anyone to come up and tell me that this is a good defense. One of the worst in the league. One of the worst the Pats have put on the field since 2011. Just all around horrendous. Every time the Pats score I turn off the tv when that terrible defense is up. Bunch of chokers underperforming.

Can't believe people were talking about 19-0 with this team lol. To be fair tho, nobody saw this coming.

I don't wanna hear about miscommunication already. This defense has been putrid!

They're not actively rushing. Their first assignment is to contain Newton. And for god's sake, just go to the locker room.

Almost every ****up in the secondary always has Gilmore right in the middle.

so they have scored 17 in the first half already....

I can't watch this defense its terrible. I'mm use to watching a well coached proffesional team and the pats on defense aren't that. It usually takes them a while to jell but normally i can see it happening from week to week, i see no such progress this year.
