NFL has a Patriots problem

What does this even mean?
"I feel we are going to get them when we need to get them. And at any day I feel we can win the Super Bowl."

He feels like they'll win it next time when it counts and getting past us means they'll win the SB.

It's hard to be at your most articulate when there are cameras and tape recorders shoved in your face.

Exactly, the athlete's colonoscopy: cameras and tape recorders shoved in your face.

It's got to suck being a guy like Shazier. There he is, playing with a HOF QB and, still, when he looks at who's behind center for the Patriots, he knows Roethlisberger's not even in the same league.

Did I miss something?

A Steelers player knows that The Patriots usually beats his team, but he's confident that his team will beat The Patriots this year

How does thay translate to '"The NFL has a Patriots problem"?

Not too provocative, or not at all, really.

When I saw the header, I thought that he might have said that once a team wins and wins, it has an advantage in drawing free agents who are willing to play for less. Which might, at least by now, be so to a small degree, but it is our only advantage, and we got all the way here pretty much without it---and as Bob says, with several stolen high draft picks to boot.

It makes sense in context.

He's saying the Pats usually beat everybody. Not just the steelers....

So the Steelers think the solution is having HFA. Record vs Brady in Pittsburgh during the playoffs. ..... 0-2.
(alright 0-1.5)

Respectful and complimentary yet confident in their team.

We need more of that and less of Le'veon ''Them Pats are lucky i didn't play or else!'' Bell.

I wonder if Bell remembers #87 in blue didn't play either.

Yeah if you read it he is extremely respectful after being asked an annoying question. "Do the Steelers have a Patriots problem?"
"Well the entire NFL has a Patriots problem they just won 2/3 Super Bowls."

Clickbait.

Shazier is really a very good player. He's the kind of guy who would make a perfect complement to Hightower on our front 7. I look forward to the Pats making a run at him when his rookie contract is up.

I took no Umbrage with his comments. In fact they were quite complimentry. His "the NFL has a Pats problem", was his way to telling the media, that "hey, the Steelers aren't the only team that has a problem beating the Pats. EVERYONE does."

What should be more disturbing to any Steeler fan is when their DC FINALLY comes out and says after about a decade of doing the same thing over and over with very little success, that "We are going to try something different this year" Well DUHHHHHHH.

I think deep in their souls Steeler fans HAVE to know that the reason the Pats seem to own their team has little to do with the talent on the field. They are finally coming to realize that the REAL gap between the 2 teams is the coaching mismatch.

The way things stand now, the only way the Steelers are EVER going to have a chance to beat the Pats is if they are physically dominant. Just being as good as the Pats or even slightly better isn't good enough, when the Steeler players know going into the game the Pats will have a better game plan, make fewer mental errors, and make better adjustments during the game. That is a tough gap to overcome......and they KNOW it.
