Yep.. and we see them typically fill that up and then cut after Mini-camp to add other players..

Jack Tocho, CB, NC State - cover 3 corner, outstanding character but bad 3-cone
Paul Magloire, LB, Arizona - Undersized LB but on field leader and great tackler.
Bryan Cox Jnr, DE, Florida - Probably too similar to Deatrich Wise to be picked.
Carroll Phillips, DE, Illinois - Undersized pass rusher. LB convert?
Jalen Myrick, CB, Minnesota - Very athletic slot CB
Eric Wilson, LB, Cincinnati - good pass defending LB but not particularly aggressive in run support
Leon McQuay, USC, CB/S - Hybrid with a good head. Makes plays.
James Onwualu, LB, Notre Dame - Excellent special teamer and fantastic character. Pats like him
Harvey Langi, LB, BYu - Obvious one
Drew Morgan, WR, Arkansas - White slot receiver. Plays with Edelman's intensity.
They've also looked at a bunch of WRs many of whom are still available.
