Really, though, I'm a bit surprised that they rolled the dice with McDowell. The Seahawks draft blog seemed to dislike him as a prospect, while grudgingly acknowledging his potential in their scheme. Everything I've heard about his character on the field and in practice sounds quite lacklustre.

In my opinion, it's OK to spoil the picks. These guys on TV are taking forever to announce them

I think they should not spoil it in this thread. If they want to be on twitter and look that is up to them (I am doing that now) but I don't think we should just yell it out to people who want to watch it on TV.

I do hope they speed it up on TV. They should not be 5 minutes behind. The fact the pick is ALWAYS in and it is not announced is BS.

There defense is basically 3 down Line team so he fits. Yes they are a 4-3 but they throw guys put there that fit in a 3-4

Seems like a lopsided trade. Rams only move down 7 spots and convert a 5th into a 3rd.

If Seahawks can harness McDowell, along with Frank Clark, they have plenty of D-line talent for the future. McDowell could be a monster.

Is McDowell also a woman beater like Frank Clark is?
