BREAKING NEWS! Jimmy Garoppolo was just traded to 49ers! In other news Tom Brady is requesting a trade to the 49ers as well. When asked why he said "I don't want him taking my job". When informed he will stay the starter of the Patriots and that Jimmy is not taking his job Brady said "I want to set an example for any other young QBs who ever tries to take my job. Jimmy will be my backup till he retires. Let this be a warning to the rest of you". He than proceeded to shout "Let's Go!" repeatedly at passers by that included stadium security, the field crew and a homeless man begging for change outside the stadium as he was working on his throwing mechanics. The homeless man hustled more at the encouragement and made $137.34 during that time.

You worry about what you post, I will worry about what I post. You get zero say in the latter. If you don't like the posts, don't read. It's not like the headline doesn't make the satire obvious.

Believe it or not, some people actually like humor. It beats the eight millionth post about how Jimmy Garoppolo blinked today and that it must mean that the Browns are going to trade us 19 first round picks for him. It's the off season. Essentially to sum up all the Jimmy G. threads......
If the Pats don’t trade him, it will be because:

1) They see him as low cost insurance this year.
2) They see him as the heir apparent and know they have him under contract for a year and can then franchise him if they want to get a long term deal done.
3) Nobody has blown them away with an offer commensurate with what BB thinks he’s worth as low cost insurance this year ( maybe 2 number 1s?)
4) Some combination of the above….

If the Pats do trade him, it will be because:

1) They know his trade value is at its highest now and they know Brady wants to play for a few years.
2) They don’t see him as the heir apparent to Brady.
3) Some team did blow them away with a package that BB though was worth the risk of not having him as low cost insurance
4) Some combination of the above…
