Every play. Surprised more teams just dont do it on every play. The zebras cant call it every game without disrupting the game. You saw in the first quarter they tried to put some clamps on it.
Yep they do it all the time, they used to grab colstons jersey off the line every play. They also do alot of helmet hits on recievers, and watch for the stand up with knee on the RB's leg, all our RB's complained about that
