Brady has now played 2 regular season worth of playoff games. He is 23-9 in the playoffs, against playoff teams. That equates to a 12-4 and 11-5 season.
How many QBs have that winning % in regular season games much less in the post season.

Six straight appearances in the AFCCG. Remarkable.

Only Joe Montana would be my guess...

I'm just echo-ing your sentiments but it's worth repeating since numbers are so insanely mind blowing.

When the Pats finish a season 12-4 we still feel really good about what we accomplished (and for good reason). The reality is that most likely 5 of those games are against below average teams.

And now you are telling me that Brady finished two full seasons essentially at 12-4 and 11-5 against strictly playoff quality opponents?!?!? Incredible.

The only advantage that his playoff record has against his regular season is that his playoff history has a lot more home and neutral site games as opposed to road games. To me that doesn't make the record any less impressive.....after all, he earned the home games.

His afc title games appearances to seasons played ratio is absurd. What's it like 11 to 15 now if you don't count his rookie year and 08? Absurd

Agreed, for most players you would sit back and try to recollect the years in which they did make to the championship game.

For Brady it's far easier to try to recall the years in which he didn't make it. (2002, 2005, 2009, 2010)

THE GOAT

Now he gets to go home where his beautiful super model wife is waiting for him...

And very few of Brady's victories have come in the first round of the playoffs against teams of questionable ability.

This is 8th game he's won with a rating below 80. He's been too much like Peyton Manning since 2007. Incredible regular season numbers followed by a postseason flop.

What is CHB doing posting here?

...And they are brought up much too often

Meanwhile to garner some attention getting behavior Jim Rome is criticizing Brady for his commercials(more expensive stuff we do not need) $$$$$$.. don't you wish you had this opportunity Jim.. "thanks for the vine man, lousy take"..

Then Ray Lewis and Earl Thomas both criticize them from their couches via twitter, the most destructive method of communication known to man, a venue where absolute idiots can push their views and people like them for doing so..

23-9 for the skinny kid from Michigan.. still the same magic as we have seen for 15 years... I am a very lucky fan to have witnessed this..
