No, he's definitely got me clocked. I'm a huge racist for thinking his interview was part of the Rooney Rule since he pretty much didn't show much as a DC. I tried to keep it masked but there is only so much I can do to hide it.

There's a thread about the McDermott hire in Beefalo; and when you read it, you will notice comments about the lack of luster and inspiration, similar to what is being said about Joseph.

It appears that his familiarity with Kubiak in Houston was the deciding factor in Joseph's hiring.
In other words, he's somebody whom Elway can influence, which is a kind way of saying Tell what to do.
And because he's a "players coach," the collection of criminal thugs on defense will continue to run the asylum with even less discipline than they showed under Wade Phillips.
Meanwhile, the quagmire at QB will continue to ****** the Donkeys progress, because Joseph is obviously ill-equipped to fix it. Yay us!
