Carr OUT for the season

I thought it was more important before Carr went down, now they could play the Raiders in Denver and it wouldn't make a difference, I just don't believe the Raiders can beat them without Carr.
OK
I see it differently, as my post said. Your post doesn't change my mind.

the main difference is as the 1 seed we will get an easier draw in rd 1 (mia, Houston, or oak without carr) if kc manages to win their division. If we fall to 2, youre most likely looking at facing both kc and pitt.

But in terms of home field, yes very unlikely we play a road game either way.

I think psychologically a 1 seed sends a message to the team that they are the best team in the AFC, not oakland. The guys worked hard all year long and have been playing SPECTACULAR football over the past month. I hope BB rewards them by playing to win next week. FINISH.

14-2

Pitt will be here for the AFCCG, bank on it! And that scares the eff out of me...
They will have to win two playoff games to make it to AFCCG but I do see them getting there. And of course I see us getting there. It looks like Pats hosting Pitt in AFCCG.

This is the only team in the AFC that I didn't want to see and it looks like it's inevitable...Frigin Ravens...

I don't know. KC looks good.

Come on man!
The game plan in that game was a mystery to even the most ardent Belichick supporters.

The "game plan" is a mystery to all people that conveniently like to forget that we had no OL, no RBs (Steven ****ing Jackson got 14 carries for 37 yards) and a totally hobbled offense (again Steven ****ing Jackson was player with second most receiving yards after James White). We had more players on IR than the Broncos and Panthers combined..

But, yeah, **** that arrogant coaching staff that was just sitting around watching cat videos on youtube the whole week instead of trying to put together a better gameplan. We have seen how successful the Broncos have been this year game planning around their OL/Running issues...

Worked out in 2014.

And it could work in 2016.
Still want them to beat the Dolphins.
Not that they should play all starters into the second or third quarter.
Garrapolo should be able to beat these guys.

You rest the starters against Miami + bye week the team plays the divisional round rust as fcvk. Finish the job and win Miami.

2015 - Played the starters at Miami in the last game, went on to lose and then lost in the AFCCG, scoring 27 and 18 points in the two games.
2014 - Rested the starters vs Buffalo at home, went on to lose and then smoked Baltimore, Indy and Seattle in the playoffs with 35, 45, and 28 points.

I'll take rusty as **** anytime.

Still no faith in this Team? They dont have a 13-2 record for nothing. Why do you guys have to be scared of every fckn team? The others should fear us.

I have no idea where this comes from.

Not one fan I know of another team has any optimism playing in Foxboro in January.

It's like those bikers that start getting rowdy in the mafia bar in A Bronx Tale and the mob boss locks the door from the inside.

"Now youz can't leave...."

In a perfect world New England clinches the number 1 seed and KC wins the west and gets the 2 seed! The Steelers should easily be able to beat the Dolphins at home then go on the road to play KC at Arrowhead and New England gets the winner of Oakland/Houston!

We likely will get them in the DIvisional

THat's what I am thinking, but if Denver can somehow manage to win next week and potentially knock the raiders to the 5 seed we would likely get Oakland.

Have to root for Denver next week. I'm hoping they'll play for pride against a division rival.

I was pretty hopeful Denver would put forth a good effort for the same reasons. My only concern is this team divide angle going on and they did not put up much fight in kc. I dont know which way itll go right now. At least kc did win last night for phase one of the favorable scenario and i dont see any way they lose to sd.

Plus Oakland needs to lose. Yes they have a back up QB but they don't necessarily lose that game. Be tough to draw both KC and Pitt. BUT another way to look at it is it is possible they would play each other in Wild Card round. (we would have to lose to Miami though I think for that to happen)
