Tough words spoken by a guy who played an enitre game and contributed a SINGLE assusted tackle.....and that's all. The fact is that he lost the right to make stupid sophomoric threats any longer, and what's sad is that he doesn't realize it yet.

There isn't a Patriot fan, player or coach would wouldnt LOVE to see this sad sack team again in the playoffs, except unfortunately we likely never will because this once proud franchise is just another wanna be team amid 20 other wanna be teams. Karma is a *****

I remember seeing a bar fight this one time, where the instigator got his ass beat so bad he could barely stand, and as the victor calmly left the scene the loser starts shouting "yeah you better run *****" etc, all while being held up by his buddies and spitting out and wiping the blood off his face.

This reminds me of that.

The Ravens have, recently, against the Patriots, attempted to supplant the old Raiders in terms of stupidity and unworthiness and being losers and winning undeservedly.

I would say, their main problem now is that Ben Dreith is dead.

I still laugh when before his 1st game vs DEN as a rookie w/ SEA, Brian Bosworth called Elway, "Mr. Ed".

I loved when he lined up behind the guard.

He had everything the NFL loves in a prospect, and none of the qualities and intangibles that make a champion.

He did have his moments, but similarly to Manning his two SB wins were nondescript, or worse in his case as has been pointed out here, and apparently only here, before, his team those two last seasons violated the vaunted, endlessly blabbed about salary cap, gaining a tangible competitive advantage (specifically, they actually did cheat), and were slapped on the wrist and virtually nobody knows about it.

AFC West was a gauntlet back then. SEA was a playoff team for a bit. LA/OAK owned the early 80s DEN owned 83-89. Chiefs were meh.

The Pats OL road graded his vaunted defense last night. They played 11 inthe box for the last 4 running plays of the game and Blount ran over and through them. He still has tire marks on his gums.

Suggs is right.

Pretty much all of Patriots nation hopes we don't meet them again.

We hope and expect they'll finish 7-9, as they're a very mediocre team, though if we had to face such a weak team in the playoffs, we'd probably be ok with that too.

Not sure why it's a surprise to Suggs we'd all wish continued failure for Baltimore - but in general he's right.
