Yeah seriously, I don't see the big deal. Going 3-1 with a third string quarterback playing 10+ quarters is a big accomplishment.

Patriots know how to rebound from bad losses. They will get better and work on their mistakes.

Go Pats!!!!
They didn't play well and were a(nother - do we need to worry about him?) missed Ghost FG and Brissett fumble away from making it competitive and thus, potentially changing the outcome of the game. Everyone dropped the ball today and you know what, meh. It's disappointing but it happens.

Hopefully Brady doesn't take too long to knock off the rust in his return. Think the offense should be fine.

2nd game where defense got beat repeatedly and gave up lots of yards. (this game and dolphins) hopefully they play more consistently and not miss so many tackles like today.

how much longer until we see a fully normal gronk? seeing him stay in and block most of the time today

This team committed an army of penalties, i mean just WOW!

You're way too positive for this thread.

Someone explain to me how a rookie QB on the road won for both Denver and Dallas? The Pats could not get their QB ready for a HOME game with 10-days to prepare? I am confused and upset.

That was some bad football boys. I tell ya guys, bad football!

The worst part of it was even with all that bad football two or three less bad football plays and we're winning this game! Totally messed up!

F**k there are some real big whiney ****ies on this board, go hop on the denver bandwagon if they are so great.

You don't seriously believe that people who wholeheartedly support their team and have the capacity to acknowledge the greatness of others are “real big whiney bandwagon ****ies“?

Sure he does. That is why he posted it and why he is a well respected poster here. He is objective.

Just gotta win thw denver and pitt games later on and this game wont matter.

4-0 was possible but 3-1 without brady is fine. You can win with backups when the team overall plays well but there will be these stinkers where only a hof qb can pull it off. Many games over the years brady has bailed us out and a huge part of the reason we win 12+ consistently. Plus, we are a fg away from being 2-2. Very satisfied at this point and hopeful.

Cant wait to see brady with hogan-mitchell- bennett

JB had a thumb injury that likely kept him from practicing a whole lot this week. I honestly believe JG was going to start but for some reason couldn't go at the last minute.

Being 3-1 and having Tom Brady with a healthy Jimmy is better than being 4-0 having Tom Brady with Jacoby.

If Garropollo was out there today with that injury, he could've gotten seriously hurt. He was taking a beating. Granted, he holds the ball a lot more than Jimmy G.

Looking more and more like NE's win over ARI is meaningless for calibrating/benchmarking the quality of NE.

So does that logic apply to denver too? Or are they exempt because there is a *********** amongst the doom-and-gloomers on here about them

Panthers look like **** and are in the same boat as the Cardinals
dolts suck, lost to the Lions and Jags
bungles never win in a big spot and their wins are against the jests and the lolphins both 1-3 teams
Tampa is Tampa

And Tyrod Taylor just shredded the Pats D, which was supposed to be a great D...when was the last time a guy like Taylor sliced Denver's D... At home?
I'm not sure that 17/29 for 246 yards and a touchdown is anybody's definition of "shredded," especially when the Defense only gives up one TD and none after the first quarter. All the more remarkable when you consider that the Pats' Offense was only on the field for a little under 24 minutes.

Has anyone really congratulated Rex on the win from today? I mean he beat us with no Brady or Jimmy G, Gronk at like maybe 70%, no one really working at 100% and a 3rd string QB with a thumb injury.

Congrats Rex. You didnt lose.

Beats me. I haven't and will not watch any non-NE game this year so I haven't seen them play. Don't really care a crap about them either way. I'm just talking about NE.

You can't throw facts around like that or you'll be considered a homer.
