off-season is nothing short of gross negligence and/or pure incompetence. Without even a semblance
of a running game, our SB hopes now lie in ruins. Thanks for nothing, "genius"(snicker).

As a player, yes. This offense is just better with Lewis. At peak performance, White couldn't hold Lewis' jock.

Lmao. Look I agree I think he should have addressed RB in the offseason but we aren't doomed. It is now more obvious than ever that Bill not properly addressing the RB (& OT) positions during the

Should we really have drafted a rb? Was there one that we could have gotten there that could turn our running game around? I believe there's only 3 individuals in the league who are capable of taking it from **** to at least average. One is Lewis (damnit). Another would be AP. And fortunately, the last guy is already with the team - Scar.

As a receiver it's not as big of a margin. White had some long gains last year.

Why did they not try to sign Karlos Williams with this news?

This team has no chance at running the ball with this news yet we have the best group of weapons in the NFL. Offense could be 65-70% pass?
A significant percentage of ACL injuries are non-contact. Hell, we saw it with Welker, and we saw it with a dumbass celebrating a sack. There's nothing telltale about such a happening.
This forum seems pretty unreasonable in regards to James White. Poor when given the hand off (can't tell if he's improved yet), but pretty damn good when utilized as a receiver. And that is very important for our offense.
I'd be feeling pretty panicky if we got the news that Dion is out of commission and James White wasn't on the roster. He helps soften the blow till Lewis returns.
The problem with your statement is that it ignores the game plans they had. Such as the 1st Bills game and 1st Jets game where they purposely went pass heavy. It also ignores the issues the Offensive line was having with all the injuries and ignores when Blount went down..
People seem to ignore that when White was being given the hand-off, the O-line was in shambles. But yeah, let's blame it all on White.. Because, well, the O-line doesn't have anything to do with a RBs success..
