Yeah that's a trend with mobile QBs because they tend to run backwards and are not used to getting tackled, so when the tackle is inevitable, they don't think to pass the ball away.

Only mobile QB I can think that this doesn't happen with is Newton, because he's so difficult to tackle.

Rodgers is probably another one.
